New favourite store
I’m really surprised with seeing the negative reviews as my experience with BCC was fantastic. The customer service team was so lovely and helpful at giving advice on sizing and amending my order. Items were shipped and delivered fast and I live outside the US so expected it to take way longer. All the items were really good quality and very soft materials. I have sensory issues so this is a huge deal for me. Will definitely be a regular customer from now on.
Very disappointed in this store
Very disappointed in this store. Long term customer and my recent purchase was delivered to the wrong community box number accidentally and was never recovered. They will not offer any replacement or refund as its against their policy and it shows as "delivered". So much for working with the customer and trying to solve issues that come up. Very sad, Im out $250 now and will not be going back to their store. Completely avoidable and unnecessary.

Poor quality
Poor quality. They were better when they first came out.
They of course were out of stock magically after I ordered. They sent me a new design, product was made poorly and the pocket ripped off after one wear and I hadn’t even washed them yet.

Now featuring China sizing
I have ordered several times from black cult and always loved their quality. They must be ordering things from overseas only now though because the order that just came in the mail was child sized. I have large shirts from them that are bigger than the xl that I ordered. I ordered slides that were supposed to be a women's 12. They barely got my kid who wears an 8.5. Other items the quality of the print and fabric were lacking. This was a complete disappointment and not what I have come to expect from them.
The customer service is subpar
The customer service is subpar. I ordered a hooded sweater and needed to size down, so I followed return protocol, paid for shipping, and what I got in return was my original sweater balled up and stuffed into a bag with as much hostility as possible. No reason. Couldn’t get anyone through email, couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I have bought a LOT from Blackcraft over the years, but after this disrespectful interaction, well, Blackcraft, you’re dead to me. I’ve got a lot of goth girlfriends and guy friends and believe you me, I’ve told every last one of them who will listen. They’ll take your money, but if you need to return or exchange something, dark lord help you. I feel like they would have punched me in the face if they could have. Shame on you, Blackcraft.
Misleading
Misleading item details, shadily covered with “ordering a size down suggested”. Their size chart is wrong. The item arrived mislabelled with the wrong size. They refuse to accept there’s a “defect” as the item was “correctly delivered”. I’ve spent hundreds on their brand in recent years - it stops today.

Have ordered a number of items from them including shirts, patches, and a hat. Never had any issues with shipping, ordering, or anything else. Everything I've gotten from them has been good quality and some of my oldest purchases are still holding up. Overall I'm happy with my purchases and happy with the service.
Clothing is good quality
Clothing is good quality, shipment is quick, but the joggers are not made for people with any amount of ass. I have tried a few different pairs and sizes and they just don't account for anything in the trunk.

I have no clue what these other asshats are saying. I have never had and issue in the 5 years l have been ordering. I wear a 4xl am 6'2" 350 and they fit just fine. I had one issue with shipping and guess what they fixed it with no issue. If your going to bash a company at least check yourself first. Unfortunately people point fingers when they don't get their way clouding their judgment. Sad really. I'll be back again and again

I ordered a pair of shoes I was waiting to be back in stock for like a year when they came in they didn’t fit. I squeezed into the right foot but the left foot was a such a fight to get on and when I walked around it felt like I was cutting off circulation to that foot! Customer service is garbage they're denying that they are defective and expect me to pay more to send them back they were $155 boots! Might not even accept the return because of a few pet hairs and because I tried them on like WHAT. Boycott black craft cult shop on killstar instead.

FAKE CHINESE WEBSITE
FAKE CHINESE WEBSITE, DO NOT ORDER
The order website says it was never shipped, and their mysterious, probably fake tracking website says that it was delivered in my mailbox. Not in my mailbox, nowhere in my building. They didn't even send a real package and give fake info. Will be figuring out how to report them, but since they are based in China and ship from there, I doubt anything will happen. And they know that.
Terrible customer service
They promoted a free item for orders over $75 and never delivered.
As a business owner I understand how easy it is to make this right but their customer service REFUSED.
I gave them easy ways to fix it and they didn’t care to bother.
They even made snotty jokes.
They lost a 5 year customer over a 30$ item. Absolutely embarrassing.
No wonder their brand died in 2018
Absolutely NOT plus sized friendly despite having plus size options
Bought one thing from the, and while I like it and despite the shipping beimg 3 days late and the decal on the pants are so much smaller than the store depicted,they need to actually discuss plus size sizing with actual plue sized people. A 20 in/cm waistline is NOT a 3XL. The pants I bought do actually fit, if a little snug on the waist, they look a d fit like an XL. Not a size supposedly tailored for larger bodies. If you're plus sized in any way just dont buy clothing from them, and I'd go as far to say whatever date they give you for a delivery, expect it to be 3 or more days late.
Love the products
I’m surprised to see all the bad reviews on here, honestly… I ordered a purse and 2 pairs of shoes from here and I love them. Have had them for over a year now and still use them all the time. Never had an issue with shipping.
Stole my money and dropped my order
I was excited to buy some items and I saved for them because they're a bit pricey. Get to checkout and it says didn't take payment , bank account clearly says otherwise. So um you stole my money? Let's see if they reply otherwise I'm contacting the better business bureau and reporting them for fraud/theft
Bad shipping experiences and horrible customer service!
When I made my last order they didn’t pay the shipping fees correctly and the post office held my box until I went up to pay the extra postage needed. What company does that considering I paid the full amount for shipping that they offered on their website. This company ignores customers on social media and via emails. They’re rude, snarky and the quality of the items is subpar. They’ve been out of stock for months and months on items of potential interest and never address whether they’ll return or not. It seems to me they’re more interested in being edgy on social media, pushing shirts and their Salem location more than anything. Get it together or you’ll go the way of iron fist.
Do NOT BUY from here
I placed an order and unfortunately it was misdelivered so I didn't receive my products. Upon contacting the company they refused to help me when I wanted a replacement to be sent and still haven't helped me. So they have now defrauded me of my money and absolutely don't care. Not a good business practice. Worst customer experience I have ever had.
