I sooo happy to write about BLAUX PORTABLE AC.

It is horrible, does not work, and it needs to be put into the garbage

It is not worth the Box that it was delivered in the box is more valuable in my opinion I could not believe how awful it is hardly any air coming through it, stopped working before daylight. Am calling the Better Business Bureau the Department of Consumer Affairs about this company I am so happy to be able to write this review because please please other consumers out there stay away from this box.

This portable air conditioner didn’t help at all because I didn’t know it needs ICE! I don’t have an ice machine. Two hour charge and water runs out before two hours. SCAMMERS I read a review with this phone number +1 (760) 284-3131 saying call it for refund. It’s all a scam. The person on the other end said his name was Jimmy. He asked me to go to a website on my computer. I did and then my computer went black screen. I couldn’t do anything but shut it off. I was still on the phone with Jimmy and he started asking me about old address and phone numbers and telling me stuff he shouldn’t know! I started getting emails and text Target $200 gift card Sam Club $382 Amazon $200 and later on the day Amazon $200 two different online gaming website over $100 each!
They have all my information. Passwords had to be changed and accounts had to be canceled. Had to freeze my accounts and file a police report and fraud alert United status government website. Hopefully you will learn from my mistake don’t trust Address or phone numbers from public reviews.

Horrible Product- SCAM!!! Doesn't Work! DON'T BUY!.. You are responsible to pay ALL shipping to return items, they won't accept FedEx returns, & Takes up to 45 Days to process my Refund?!.. WHAT?!!!!!

There is no phone # to call!! I ordered 4 of the Blaux portable AC. Plugged one in and it actually worked for 4 hours— keep in mind u have to be within 12” to feel any air at all. Next day, thought I’d try it on my desk!!! Water ran out all over my desk, which of course had papers on it and no air ever came out!!! Tried again and still nothing. THIS IS A SCAM!!! My only hope is that my credit card company will reverse charges!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$!!

TOTAL SCAM!!! Purchased before Xmas. Arrived 4 weeks later. Absolutely not fit for purpose. A joke. No cool air even if you put you hand 6 inches away. Bank will not reverse transaction unless you can show you returned it!!! Another $38.50 wasted. So so sorry I did not check the reviews first. TOTAL SCAM. Just don't be surprised when the Blaux people don't /or inadequately respond to your complaint. They are on to such a good wicket and no one is doing anything to stop them. At least if you buy thru ebay you may (?) have more protection against scams. Not sure but I bought direct from the Blaux website and ANZ was at best disappointing.

I ordered a portable a/c on 6/15/2020 still haven't received it, I've called on 9/15/20 and again on 10/12/20 they supposedly reordered it AGAIN! Well here we are on 1/4/21 still haven't received it, so called and they reordered it AGAIN! Although reluctant, I thought that maybe, just maybe by summer, I might receive this thing, but, I have zero confidence in that, it wasnt cheap either, Im not about to just eat $118 of my hard earned money, my advise- don't buy anything from this company unless you can afford to burn money or throw it away

This product doesn't do what they advertise it does at all. They will not pay for you to return the item.
Don't buy this product. It will be a waste of your money andyou will loose money in the process.

They advertise an air cleaner for people believing they will receive an air conditioner. False advertising. I returned my units and they did refund my money.

Total Scam! Never got the item, spent $300. When after two months with no item or delivery date, called many times and they told me the usual B.S. about back ordered due to Covid. I demanded a refund instead got offered a 20% discount. Which I denied. After many calls and emails all with people who spoke poor to no English. Finally got them to confirm a refund in an email. No refund ever received.
This company should be under federal investigation for FRAUD!!

Ordered 3 fans and 5 filters; no confirmation email but an email to not forget to checkout and pay...
My bank account showed the withdrawal. Now I know from reading it’s a scam .
Please keep up with credit card company because they will get your money back but it is a process ....even if it takes up to 4 months I will get my money..I will never give up

I had ordered the fans that go around your neck. $180 worth I. July 1st. Can't get a hold of them by phone and email no reply. It is a scam.

I have reached out to this company twice to no avail. I placed my order 6/23 and to date, all I received was an order confirmation. Customer service was absolutely no help at all and I'm still waiting for my order

I ordered two of there mini air conditioners on 7-16. When I checked out it then told me I would receive it sometime in August. I immediately went to Blaux web sight and requested a refund and explained Why I was cancelling my order. Today is 8-2, I have emailed them 26 times and have asked for tracking info 7 times. I found out today they haven't even mailed it out .
UPDATE Today is 8-16. Leslie and an Eric emailed me and told me I would be getting a refund. I received a refund for $18 for a warranty and $14.99 for a filter. But NO REFUND for $148.93 air conditioners/ And once again no one will email me back. I email them every day. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL.

Horrible customer service
I complained on 7th July and Blaux replied that my order is in processing status; pending tracking details. Today it's already 20th July, almost 2 weeks since the promised details!! As yet, no sign of advice or email ensuring the shipment is coming!!
My Blaux order no. 102717311 was placed on 31st May, 2020!!

I'm upset and mighty afraid that the worst heat of summer will be over before I even receive my portable Blaux A/C unit. It's been 30 days since my account has been debited and I still haven't even received a tracking number yet! My plan was to 1st test out the effectiveness of the 1st unit, then purchase a minimum of 2 more. But knowing that I might not receive the units until the fall season gives me no motivation to order anything further from this company.
