The designer was helpful
The designer was helpful. The installer was good. However, we are missing a piece to one of the wands and are therefore unable to open or close that blind. I have tried calling and I have been unable to reach anyone to talk to about this.

I worked with Alex from Blinds To Go in Norwalk, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Alex was attentive and extremely knowledgeable about shades. He stayed focused on my concerns and answered all of my questions with confidence and clarity.
I’m especially grateful that the team handled the measuring—it made the process so much easier. Rich took the measurements, Dennis completed the installation, and everything turned out perfectly.
I am extremely happy with the results—my shades look fantastic, and I love that they are motorized!

The only reason they scored a 1 Star was because the installer did a great job with what he had to work with. Bought over $7500 worth of shutters and blinds and only half the job was completed
The individual that did the measuring was way off on his measurements. We now have a half finished job on our condo with no window coverings for our privacy and controlled shade. We have no coverings for another 2 weeks until they make the new shutters and blinds and wait for the install
NOT ONE PERSON FROM BLINDS TO GO HAS CALLED TO TALK TO US REGARSING THIS ISSUE. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEIR ERRORS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO ELSE WHERE

I ordered a curtain rod last year…
I ordered a curtain rod last year October 2025. When I went to pick it up in January 2026, I discovered it had the wrong finials. I spoke with a customer rep during pick up and they assured me they would order the correct finials. Since then, I have spoken with 2 different reps and their manager all promising to order the finials and have yet to receive. I now have a rod without finials so I can't put it up since the original finials I was asked to leave at the store. It's been almost 6 months since my order and this is still not resolved. It's unfortunate as I had blinds for my whole house done previously with no issue. I would be hesitant to do business with them again.

We value your previous business and are committed to making this right. We do understand that a new color and style finial was requested, but the team has been able to provide it. It seems there has been multiple miscommunications on our end and we apoligize for that.
We will be ordering the correct part today and will have someone reach out with an ETA in the next day or two once we confirm shipment.
