I'd ordered a knife from Blomuse (from a FaceBook advert), and it arrived as promised (customs being what they are these days), and appeared fine. It opened - I didn't understand how to close - they instructed - it worked. One might expect the story to end there. However - it wouldn't open again, on any consistent basis. I explained, sent 1 picture, and got a new knife in replacement in an entirely reasonable time. I'm a happy customer.

I placed an order but never received the product ordered. I spoke with a couple of associates about this but only got the run around. Then, I finally got a hold of "Molly" and she resolved the situation for me. I received my refund within the time frame she said. Thank you very much for taking care of this for me. Mia has always been very PATIENT with me, very CLEAR, and very knowledgable. If I was anxious because shipping felt slow, then Mia assured me to trust the system. When I was feeling impatient, she taught patience. She explained the shipping process and tracking process. I relaxed. She was helpful two to three times. She is a very good employee.

Very Cheap products, skip this company. They take SEVERAL months to deliver the item and when OR IF it ever arrives, it is NOT what you ordered, not even close. I paid for expedited delivery twice and it didn't speed up the delivery at all. Terrible customer service, they say be patient.

To be honest it started off as an inquiry as to unrecieved orders. upon correspondence with Molly, who was very helpful, and kind I might add the problem was resolved, and I recieved my oders within a few days.

There was a misunderstanding concerning shipping. Molly clarified the situation for me and frequently updated me throughout the whole process. Despite the time difference she was very accessible and always ready to help.I am happy with my purchase and the customer service was wonderful professional and friendly. I will buy again.

Although the product was lost during shipment and there wasn’t any left in stock. I asked for a full refund and was given one. Plus a discount towards another product purchase. Disappointed that I was not able to get what I ordered properly delivered. I am happy with the easy refund process.
