If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We have been waiting on our order for nearly 2 MONTHS!!! They refuse to give me a refund because they swear my purchase has shipped, but there has been NO CHANGE in the shipping/tracking # they provided. They are a SCAM and the worst company I have ever purchased from, I will NEVER DO IT AGAIN!!!!

Here’s a truth review……
Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. First the product was extremely late. No lights up for Christmas this year. Second the product no where near matched what was described. Cheapest in product functionally light system that’s out there. They refuse to give me the full money back guarantee because it’s all handled through a third party that charges a ton to try to return.” We don’t provide shipping label, so therefore we can’t return”. Load of B.S. So in the long run, I got 30% refund, that’ll take who knows how long to get back and get to keep this garbage light string. Great thing to have happen on Christmas Day…..Yeah me. You’ve been warned. Beware…!!!

Ordered lights for Christmas in early…

Ordered lights for Christmas in early November still have not received it every time I email asking about my package they come out with some lame excuse and say thank you for being understanding and patient. I’m not patient and I’m not understanding. I want my package or my money back this is the worst delivery service place I’ve ever encountered Almost 2 months now.

Id go lower but its not able to

Id go lower but its not able to. I ordered Christmas lights in early November, i have yet to receive them. Getting a response from customer service was a nightmare task, when they finally did respond, the response was less than adequate. The tracking number provided was false once it supposedly made it to the US and switched over to USPS. There was no updated tracking number just an unconfirmed delay and then I was told it was lost in shipment and it would take another 10 to 12 days for them to send me a new one which at that point would put me at damn near Christmas Eve for something I ordered to be here before December even started so yeah, not very fond of them or the way they operate so I requested a refund at this point. I’ll just have to go buy some in the store, but I will never shop here again, and I strongly urge all of you reading this to not Shop here either.

Placed an order had an issue with one of the items. I reached out by email. Mia contacted me back right away wanted to know how she could help. I explained the issue I was having with the item. She explained not to worry she would have a new item sent out right away without any hassel or escalation. Thank You Mia this is what good customer service looks like.

Christmas lights

I ordered the Christmas lights, buy 5 get 5 free, the lights are very pretty, but each light strand, has to be PLUGGED in a USB port connection, that doesn't come with the lights and they do NOT connect together. SO, we have to buy 10 USB ports and 10 extensions cords and have 10 outside plug ins to plug the lights into. Not very good for outside lights. There is a app that you can download that I hope I can run all the lights at the same time from but won't know until I get all the lights put up at the house. I have ordered USB ports and I'm waiting for them to come in. AND the lights are not self sticky, so we have to buy extra things to get them to stay in place.

Great customer service

Molly was of great help with an issue with my order. She stayed respectful and helpful the whole time. I received a completely different item than what I ordered but she was helpful in getting things solved for me. I ended up keeping the item and getting a partial refund instead of returning the item.
