I ordered a Knife at the beginning of Nov. and its been 2 months and i haven't received my order. i even paid extra for quick shipping. When i ask for a refund, they say "Be Patience" This is such bullshit customer service and i can't express how angry i am. Be ready to not get your product either

I purchased the strip led lights, the strands didnt work after the second day, and i had to adjust the lighting in the app so the correct colors would appear when selected. The ad promoted 'customization', but its only for pre-set settings to choose from in the app. The lights wouldnt respond after day 2, and only 1/4 of the strand would light up. The customer service offered to replace them.

Ordered led lights for home. Order THEY say held up in Illinois. Never received product, emailed and got 2 responses. They BLOCKED any further contact. NEVER RECEIVED ITEM. They are SHAM OUTFIT. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

First, the knife is made extremely well made.All edges are smoothly finished so there are no sharp edges(except the blade itself which is VERY sharp). I had trouble figuring out how to close the blade, so I sent a reply to their email. They replied immediately (on a Sunday, no less) with a video (I had figured it out by then). I have bought things on Facebook before with less than satisfactory results, not so here. This knife is like jewelry. I’m very pleased.
