Blue Horizon have been offering Canadian Private Blood Test referrals to Dynacare locations in Ontario, since 2012. As of November 2022 we have been able to also offer bloodwork within Manitoba. Our dedicated and professional service ensures all referral paperwork to the laboratory - you book the appointment according to the guide pages for each province, and we follow up results for you, providing our own GP comments if needed. This is an integrated pathology service and doesn't rely on DIY postal blood test kits.

Great test and feedback from doctor, poor communications from company
The blood tests themselves and the feedback I got from the doctor were excellent. Great service there. However, when I received my blood test results, an address from 20 years ago was printed at the top of the form and I was curious how they got it (it is not on my credit card or my health card or any information I gave them). I wrote to them three times to ask why they had that address because it concerned me that anyone was using it and I wanted to know why so I could possibly fix whatever the problem is. Despite my persistence (and even warning them that I would give this bad review if they didn't respond), they did not write back to me. I knocked off two starts for their poor communication. I'm extremely annoyed about it.

I am so grateful for this service and…
I am so grateful for this service and the privilege I have had to share your services with so many people that really need it when ignored by their doctors. I have sent several emails in the past about possible expansion to the menu as I have not seen much in terms of expansion. I do not know the limitations of the services that you provide but I was told if thyroid doctors can order it you guys probably can add it. My expansion requests are tumour markers CEA and C-9 19 as the doctors never seem to want order these TNF, NFKB, H pylori, entire herpes serology, Lyme disease, lipase and amylase Protease digestive enzymes guess as we know health starts with the gut. I have not seen the menu expand in the four years years I have been using the service and expansion would be great and I am certainly a great customer as you can see per my record I give a lot or business. My personal opinion on the marketing end expansion would be great. As far as customer satisfaction and deliverance is concerned I am a very happy camper. I would just like to see expansion so I can stop having to beg my doctor for tests I know matter to my health. Hopefully my request is taken into consideration. God bless all the hard workers that make this service a possibly to people in Manitoba

Ordering and executing the blood test was easy, quick and efficient. There are so many clinics that accept their blood tests and in the clinic I chose I was the only one there so there was no wait at all!
Results came quickly despite them having to send my blood to another province.
Will definitely use again!

Easy way to order your own blood tests!
This company is a great option if you're the type of person who takes charge of their own health.
I bought a test package on the website, went in to a Dynacare location, and got my blood taken no questions asked. Then I got the results from Blood Tests Canada by email the next day.
The whole process was very clear and easy. Good communication from the company. Just make sure to read all the emails carefully & follow the instructions.

Small Town Options!
I continue to appreciate the option of ordering my own blood tests. Blood Tests Canada are fast, professional and easy. My experience: I just print out the form and the local lab accepts it with a smile! I haven't been able to find a nutritionist in my small town, so ordering a Biochemistry and Haematology Profile II once a year is a great option for me! I appreciate the occasional sales, too. I really liked the service, being able to shop and choose what I want tested without having to wait a month to see my family doctor and then another week to take the test and the month+ wait time for the results to be accessible online.... if you want results now, you have to pay. That's how healthcare works in Canada.

Nobody's perfect.
I've used the service often in the past year and while it has been helpful, there were two times when I had to request a refund and never heard back. The first was due to my own fault when I chose the wrong location on the intake form and simply wanted to change it. I never heard back so I don't know what to think. The second time, the provincial lab was at fault and Blood Tests Canada offered me a refund which I agreed to by reply email. Again, still haven't heard back.

My test results were lost for a while. Once I sent an email of inquiry, they were found. It took over 10 days to get results.
