Blue Horizon have been offering Canadian Private Blood Test referrals to Dynacare locations in Ontario, since 2012. As of November 2022 we have been able to also offer bloodwork within Manitoba. Our dedicated and professional service ensures all referral paperwork to the laboratory - you book the appointment according to the guide pages for each province, and we follow up results for you, providing our own GP comments if needed. This is an integrated pathology service and doesn't rely on DIY postal blood test kits.

Very slow turn around, still waiting for results
I still don’t have the results after 5 days, when it indicated a 1 day turnaround. Same thing happened last time.
Update: I appreciated the follow-up from the company and revised my rating accordingly.

It is quick and easy to use
It is quick and easy to use. It is great for those like me who never have to go to a doctor, so you don't have a family doctor to get a requisition from. A quick rundown for those like me who would like to know how it works before hand: You simply buy the test, within a couple minutes you get an email with a link to fill out some info and then you get your requisition. You upload your requisition to Dynacare and then they will email you where you can then pick a location and do online checkin (highly recommended because it is quicker). When you arrive to the lab location (make sure you bring a printed requisition form and your health card if in Ontario). They do the test, you let Blood Tests Canada know when you did your appointment (they send you an email with a link telling you to let them know) and then done! My test was a 2 business day wait and then they added an extra two days for the free doctor comments, but I had the results and the comments done within 2 days.

Fast, efficient fertility testing
It was very easy to book online. The service was fast and efficient. The only reason why this is not 5 stars is because of lack of customer support. Please, no robots, humans instead.

the company offers tests which are not available in standard medicine
the company offers tests which are not part of a regular blood test panel, like fasting insulin which is a very important biomarker however not recognized by standard medicine.

Shame on this service
Shame on this service. Completely unacceptable delay for a test related to pregnancy viability. First, I received a request to leave a review before I’d even received my test results. They finally came 3 working days past the date they should have been received and I had to chase through the chat function twice.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. The entire process was seamless, efficient, quick. I did my blood tests on Friday and got my results on Monday, I couldn't believe how fast this was. If I would have relied on public service, I would have waited 3 months!!!

Quick turnaround
This is my second time using Blook Tests Canada and I would highly recommend this service for people wanting more extensive blood work. There are many Dynacare locations to choose from and the turnaround on the results are fast.
