My family and I have consulted Bloomfields on several occasions about different properties and each time John McSweeney has provided knowledgeable and valuable advice in a very pleasant manner. Highly recommended!

Having been advised by John McSweeney that we had a very good chance of success, we agreed Bloomfields quote to carry out a planning appeal on our behalf. Having lost our appeal, we were surprised to then receive an invoice for almost double the agreed quote, without ever being notified that costs were escalating. We raised our concerns about the lack of communication, requesting a refund of the additional monies charged. Despite Bloomfields agreeing that they should have communicated better, of course, they would not refund any monies. We found Gary Mickelborough's (Director) tone in emails aggressive and, as we were never going to agree, requested the complaint be progressed to the next level. We were not provided with a 'final complaint response' and were then "ghosted" by Mr Mickelborough. We therefore contacted the companies detailed on their website complaints procedure at the time - the Property Ombudsman and RTPI, only to be told that Bloomfields weren't even registered with the Property Ombudsman and that John McSweeney wasn't a member of RTPI - so there is absolutely no recourse should you find yourself needing to escalate a complaint. Sharing this to highlight a particularly unscrupulous, untrustworthy company. Please be aware and consider taking your business elsewhere.

I used Bloomfields to help remove the AOC on my property and found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful with my position. I worked with them and after gaining CLEUD we then successfully managed to remove the AOC.
Would highly recommend them to help anyone in the same situation and would definitely seek further advice and support if required in the future

Will , Dan and the team took on our stable project planning and ensured it was processed efficiently without any issues. From the site visit to application , their plans and applications were done to a high standard and allowed us to hand over the whole planning process. We had planning within a matter of weeks because they answered all the questions before they were asked. A very professional company, I will be using them for all our planning needs in the future.

Dan Page at Bloomfields helped us to achieve the unachievable! He was honest right from the start that our planning application would be tricky and there was no guarantee we would get it. But thanks to his incredible knowledge and skills - we were successful. I honestly don't think anyone else would have been able to achieve what he did. I am so glad we chose to use Bloomfields and that Dan took on our case. I highly recommend him to anyone who's planning application is out of the ordinary or is going to be tough. He is definitely the right man for the job!
