I purchased 3 Instant Funded Elite account for approximately €2,000 and traded according to my understanding of the Trader Agreement. I achieved payout and payout refused with my account later terminated for alleged violations involving "grid layering" and "synchronized batch closures."
I submitted a detailed appeal explaining each of the cited trades, including the use of a pending order, my risk management decisions, and the fact that I only copied trades between my own accounts using Duplikium. Which is allowed according to their rules.
The company replied that they had considered my explanations but upheld their decision. However, they refused to explain how the cited trades actually met the definition of the alleged violations or provide the evidence or methodology supporting their conclusion.
I respect that firms have the right to enforce their rules, but I expected a transparent review process where specific evidence would be provided to support such a serious decision. Instead, I received a final decision without any meaningful explanation beyond a general assertion that my trading pattern breached their rules.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service to traders who expect transparency and a clear appeals process.

One time my order didn’t execute and ended up in daily breach.
After some delegation with the support, they apologized for this, stated it was an edge case and provided me a new account

**1 Star – Entire Profile Banned Despite an Active Challenge Account**

If you're considering trading with Blueberry Funded, be aware that a dispute on one account may result in your **entire profile being permanently banned**, even if another challenge is still active, trading normally, and has never been accused of violating any rules. That level of uncertainty makes it impossible for me to recommend this scam firm.

My experience with Blueberry Funded has completely destroyed my confidence in this firm.

One of my **funded accounts (5072443)** was flagged and subsequently terminated based on alleged trading patterns. I strongly disagreed with their assessment and even shared my experience in a **Trustpilot review** at the time because I genuinely believed the breach was unjustified.

Nearly **a week later**, I contacted support because I was unable to log into the client portal due to an RB10 error. During that entire period, my other account (**5033669**) was still an active **Phase 2 challenge** and was **continuing to trade normally on MT5**. There had been no notification, warning, or indication that there was any issue with this account.

Instead of helping me regain access to the portal, support informed me that my **entire profile had been permanently deactivated**, instantly terminating my active Phase 2 challenge as well.

When I asked why account **5033669** had been banned, I explained that it did **not even trade NAS100**, which was the instrument they referenced while discussing account **5072443**. I repeatedly asked them to review that account independently and explain what rule it had violated.

They never answered that question.

Instead, I was simply told that the action applied to my **profile**, not to individual accounts, and therefore **all accounts would be deactivated**, regardless of how they were being traded.

Support claimed that account **5072443** had breached Clause 12.2(g)(viii) due to alleged trading patterns such as adverse averaging, recovery-style lot escalation, and rapid opposite-direction re-entries. However, they never provided any trade IDs, timestamps, or objective evidence to support those allegations. I was simply expected to accept their conclusion.

To make matters worse, account **5072443** had been terminated **one day before it became eligible for a 3% payout**, and shortly afterwards my entire profile—including an unrelated Phase 2 challenge that was still operating normally on MT5—was permanently banned. That sequence of events left me with serious concerns about the fairness and transparency of Blueberry Funded's review process.

I fully understand that prop firms have the right to enforce their rules. What I cannot understand is:

* Permanently banning an entire trader profile because of allegations relating to one account.
* Closing an active challenge account without identifying any account-specific violation.
* Refusing to provide evidence beyond generic descriptions of trading behaviour.
* Offering no meaningful opportunity to appeal or have the second account reviewed independently.

A professional firm should be able to explain and justify decisions that have significant financial consequences for its traders. In my experience, Blueberry Funded failed to do that.

Once was a trusted prop firm but now seems to have followed alot of dodgy prop firms.

we mailed them of this issue and they did not replied
als they said that issue was in our kyc but our kyc was approved/verified by blueberry team and then the contract was signed

I had mistakenly used my nickname while registering and creating my account, and was unable to change it. I had mailed the support team and (Adedayo) was dealing and had changed my name under 24 hours. It was a very good experience!!

One of the best propfirm with no hidden rules , all rules are mentioned clearly, Takes little time for payout approval but overall smooth process to get a payout
