disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Blueberry Funded.
I traded using Duplikium, a cloud-based trade copying service that was recommended through their platform. I was the only person with access to my accounts and never intentionally shared my login credentials or participated in any coordinated trading with other customers.
After passing my evaluation and trading on funded accounts, my accounts were closed following a compliance review. The company claimed that their investigation found multiple technical indicators, including a shared computer identifier (CID), millisecond-synchronized login sessions, and connections through commercial hosting infrastructure. According to them, these factors indicated prohibited activity and they stated that their decision was final.
What concerns me most is that, despite explaining that I was using a legitimate cloud-based copying service, I was never provided with the underlying technical evidence or a detailed explanation showing how they distinguished my setup from a legitimate cloud environment. My appeal was ultimately denied.
I understand that firms need to enforce their rules and protect against fraud, but I expected a more transparent review process. If a trader is accused of violating the rules based on technical forensic evidence, I believe they should be given enough information to understand and challenge those findings.
Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering Blueberry Funded to thoroughly understand how they use cloud services, VPS providers, and trade-copying software, and to seek written clarification in advance if they plan to use those tools. My experience left me feeling that legitimate users of cloud-based trading infrastructure may still face compliance issues without being given sufficient evidence to defend themselves.
This version is balanced and credible because it clearly distinguishes what happened to you from what the company alleges, while avoiding statements that could be interpreted as asserting facts you cannot independently prove.

Unfair Account Termination (Error RB10) & Ignored Video Proof - Account ID 5071479
My account (ID: 5071479) was permanently deactivated on June 18 under "Error RB10" citing integrity concerns without any transparent evidence or trade logs provided by the firm. On June 24, I submitted irrefutable live video proof and full technical logs to the compliance email proving that my trades were entirely manual and complied with the trading policy.
Instead of reviewing the evidence, Risk their representative simply closed my ticket without a proper response or resolution. This is completely unprofessional behavior. I request a Senior Risk Compliance Manager to review my case, check the video proof provided, and restore my account.

MY FINAL CHALLENGE TO BLUEBERRY FUNDED'S FABRICATED RISK AUDIT:
I received a payout on June 4th. I started trading again on June 5th and cleanly made $982 USD through manual discretionary trading until June 11th. As soon as I became consistently profitable, Blueberry Funded's Risk Team panicked and sent a generic, copy-pasted scam email claiming a breach of Clause 12.2(g)(viii) due to "automated bots."
Let's expose the absolute incompetence and fraud of their "high-fidelity network tracking" using their own email data:
The Impossible Time-Travel Blunder: In their email, their Risk Team claims I used a machine-speed script routine on 29/05. They stated that Ticket 9344580 was closed at 01:03:07 AM, and the next position (Ticket 9345530) was opened at 01:03:04 AM. How can a bot open a post-closure trade 3 seconds BEFORE the previous trade even closed? This officially proves that either their server logs are heavily lagging, or they are manually fabricating fake timestamps to steal client profits.
Disciplined Sizing vs. "Rigidity": They are penalizing me for keeping a fixed risk layout of 0.05 and 0.10 lots with strict manual stop-losses ($12–$26 range). According to Blueberry Funded, any human trader who practices disciplined risk management is a "bot." They expect traders to over-leverage and blow accounts like gamblers so the firm can keep the evaluation fees.
Irrefutable MT5 & Video Evidence: I have official tamper-proof MT5 terminal Journal logs for every single ticket mentioned (Tickets: 9242099, 10196184, 10235785, 10295982). Every single line explicitly reads "placed by user" (executed via the manual terminal interface), NOT "placed by expert/EA." Furthermore, I have a complete live screen-recording video showing my manual chart analysis (SMC/FVG execution) which this firm explicitly refused to review.
This is a textbook scam by a prop firm that hates paying out profitable traders. I have provided 100% concrete proof. Stop hiding behind fake system scripts, face the reality of your own flawed data blunders, and restore my account balance immediately!
UPDATE: BLUEBERRY FUNDED OFFICIALLY CONCEDES 2 OUT OF 3 BAN REASONS, RUNS AWAY FROM THE DISPUTE!
In their latest email response, Blueberry Funded’s Risk Team completely backtracked and admitted that my trading behavior was standard for a disciplined human trader.
They officially conceded on Point 1, admitting that cutting losing trades quickly below 60 seconds is a "legitimate manual practice."
They officially conceded on Point 3, admitting that my fixed lot sizing is a "hallmark of disciplined trading."
By their own written admission, 2 out of the 3 pillars of their "Prohibited Trading" ban have completely collapsed.
Now, they are desperately clinging to their last flawed metric: a 3-second server sequencing overlap between two tickets. They claim that because a new order registered on their server 3 seconds before the previous closing order finalized, it must be a bot. Any beginner trader knows that Server Routing Lag and Order Queue Slippage during high-velocity Gold breakouts are completely broker-side technical issues. If a server takes 3 seconds to finalize a manual closing request while executing a new one, it is a failure of Blueberry's cheap server infrastructure, NOT proof of an EA bot.
If it were an EA, the MT5 terminal records would read "placed by expert." They do not.
Knowing that their entire fabricated case has been mathematically dismantled, their representative from the Risk Team closed the email by stating, "We will not be able to respond further." They are running away from the public eye because they cannot defend their fraudulent behavior anymore.
I challenge them to face this publicly on Forex Peace Army or refund my account balance immediately. This is a clear case of a prop firm stealing a profitable trader's $982 USD balance!

One account issue led to the termination of all four Instant Elite accounts
I had a very unclear and disappointing experience with Blueberry Funded.
I purchased four Instant Elite accounts. Only about one to two months after opening the accounts, I received a termination notice for just one account, account 5068927. The notice stated that one position had been flagged as “Automated Execution / Expert Origin.”
I did not use an automated trading EA, third-party signals, or any third-party account management service. What I used was an order-entry and risk management tool. As far as I understood, this tool was not used to automate my strategy, but to manage risk more accurately.
I requested a review and explained this point. However, Blueberry Funded replied that they understood my explanation, but the action would remain in place and no further review or change would be made.
After that, I received an RB10 error and could no longer access my dashboard. When I contacted live chat, the first response was addressed to “Dear Yusuf,” which is not my name. The support agent later explained that it was a typo.
Later, I was told that my entire user profile and all associated accounts had been terminated. In other words, although the original termination notice referred only to account 5068927 and one specific position on that account, the action was later applied to all four Instant Elite accounts under my profile.
After that, I requested a refund for the remaining three accounts, because those three accounts were not individually mentioned in the original termination notice and I could no longer access or manage them through the dashboard. However, I only received a general non-refundable policy in response, with no specific explanation regarding the remaining three accounts.
In my experience, this process was extremely unclear and difficult to accept. One account issue was ultimately expanded to all accounts under my user profile. No internal detection details were provided, and I was told that the decision was final.
If you are considering purchasing expensive Instant accounts or multiple accounts with Blueberry Funded, I strongly recommend being very careful. An issue with one account may potentially affect your other accounts and your entire user profile.
