They breach profitable traders account with no reason!!

They breached my account with the following email,

We are writing to inform you that your account 5084752 has been flagged and terminated due to a direct violation of our program rules regarding automated execution.
Our risk management system detected automated activity on your account, specifically regarding the following position:
Position ID: 11402705 (Nas100.p)
Execution Type: Automated Execution (ExpertOrigin)
Why your account was flagged:
Please note that the use of commercial ExpertAdvisors (EAs), automated software, and external signal trading/copying services is strictly prohibited under our program guidelines.

Their FAQ states that EA is allowed, and their risk management team is useless. refused to refund me my money since I didn't break any rules. A bunch of scammers, avoid them at all cost if you are profitable.

We are contacting you to inform you that your crypto payout request has resulted in a breach of contract. Requesting a payout to the wallet address when you are not the verified owner of that wallet is strictly prohibited and violates the terms you agreed to upon joining the program.

Due to this violation, your account has been permanently terminated, and you are no longer able to trade with us. All access to the account has been revoked in line with our contractual and compliance obligations

am very disappointed that my account was closed based on the claim that I requested a withdrawal to a wallet that does not belong to me. This is completely incorrect.

The wallet is my personal wallet, and I have proof of ownership that I am ready to provide immediately. Therefore, I kindly ask you to review my case carefully before taking any further action.

Closing my account without properly verifying the ownership evidence is unfair and has caused me significant inconvenience. As a trader, marketer, and content creator with an active audience, this situation may negatively affect the reputation of your company if it is not resolved fairly and promptly.

I respectfully request that my account be reviewed again and that I be given the opportunity to submit proof of wallet ownership. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible before I am forced to escalate the issue further

Banned by wrong analysis

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Blueberry Funded.

My account (2216355) was terminated after the firm concluded that my trading activity showed "automated execution" based on rapid same-direction re-entries. However, I have consistently maintained that I did not use any EA, trading bot, API, trade copier, script, or other automated trading software.

What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that I had previously raised concerns regarding platform behavior and execution issues. During the review process, I provided detailed explanations and waited for the outcome in good faith. After escalation to their senior compliance team, I was informed that the decision to terminate my account would stand.

My concern is not that the firm reviewed my account—that is their right. My concern is that I do not feel the possibility of a platform-side execution issue was adequately addressed before concluding that the activity must have been automated.

As a trader, being accused of using prohibited automation when I believe I traded manually is extremely frustrating. I have screen recordings of my trading process and continue to believe the conclusion reached was incorrect.

I encourage prospective traders to carefully read the rules, document their trading activity, and keep records of any platform issues they encounter.

This review reflects my personal experience and disappointment with how my case was handled.

During that process, your video evidence was reviewed, the TradeLocker platform limitation you reported was taken into account, your stop-loss modification timestamps were examined, and each argument you raised was addressed directly and in detail.

The determination was not based on the number of positions opened or the uniformity of lot sizes. The finding specifically relates to 50 sequential same-direction re-entries placed within 1 to 10 second intervals, with a consecutive chain of 8 entries at that speed. While a platform restriction on lot size can explain why multiple positions were opened, it does not account for the speed at which they were placed. Manual execution, even under fast market conditions, introduces natural human latency that was not present in the execution profile recorded on your account.

We genuinely understand how frustrating this outcome is, particularly when you believe you traded manually. However, the decision on your has been thoroughly reviewed and remains final.

Blueberry Funded had an invites competition that ended on 1st June, but even after 21 days the winners have still not been announced. This clearly shows how slow their process is. It feels like they might take 3 months just to process payouts. I was actually thinking of getting an account, but thankfully I noticed this issue. It seems like a waste of time—stay away.

Our records show a 100% increase in lot size on XAUUSD following a losing trade — from 0.03 lots to 0.06 lots — which exceeded the threshold that defines martingale behaviour under the rules that were in place at the time. Trade frequency is not the determining factor; it is the sizing pattern relative to a prior loss that triggers this classification.

We do want to acknowledge that this breach occurred in February 2026, prior to the rule changes introduced on March 12th.

Account mistakenly deactivated (False KYC flag) - No reply since June 10th

My account was suddenly terminated over a suspected KYC/AML issue. I want to state clearly that I submitted my own authentic, legal documents and no third party is involved. I emailed the compliance team on June 10th with full photo proof and an offer for a live video verification call. It has been 9 days with no response. Live chat and Discord just tell me to 'be patient.' I am an honest trader trying to resolve a system glitch. Please have a manager review my case.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this prop firm. Three separate times, I successfully passed the required profitable trading days and was close to receiving a payout. However, each time my account was breached for what I believe were unreasonable or nonsensical reasons right when the payout was due.
In my opinion, this firm does not want consistently profitable traders to succeed. It's frustrating to see influencers promoting the company and advertising discounts while traders face these issues during the payout stage.
After experiencing this three times, I have lost confidence in the firm and would not recommend it to others.

Blocked my instant funded account for a hidden rule 1.5% rick per trade (not group of 5 trades) and just arbitraty breach my account.
Always respected the daily and overall drawdown but this one I wasn't expecting. Ridiculous.

No other prop firm has this small letters rule hidden from the costumers. And yes, it’s a hidden rule because is not announced when you buy the challenges and it says “Risk per trade” not a group of trades, there is a hidden rule you should not exceed $375 dollar of loosing trades in time frame of “ten minutes” but is not from the first one trade, 10 minutes between every single trade is recognise as the same risk? I’m a scalper, it is an arbitrary rule! What about the daily drawdown? What’s the matter here?

We'd like to clarify that the 1.5% Risk Per Trade Idea rule is not a hidden rule. It is clearly documented in our FAQ and Help Centre, and forms part of the Trader Agreement that is accepted at the time of purchase.

The rule applies not only to individual trades, but to a group of positions on the same instrument in the same direction where each subsequent position is opened within 10 minutes of the previous one closing at a loss. On June 17th, your five XAUUSD buy positions met this definition and their combined loss exceeded the $375.00 per trade idea limit for your account size.

We understand this was unexpected and we genuinely empathise with your frustration. However, the breach is clearly documented and the decision stands.

You are always welcome to start a new account, and our support team is happy to walk you through the rules in detail beforehand to ensure full clarity going forward.

I never thought I would be writing a review like this.

I traded with Blueberry Funded for months using the same strategy, the same workflow, and the same account structure. During that period I never received a warning, compliance notification, or request for clarification.

I even purchased two additional accounts shortly before this incident because I believed I was dealing with a reputable company.

The moment I submitted a payout request, everything changed.

My account was suddenly terminated for "Automated Execution (Expert Origin)." This came as a complete shock because Blueberry's own documentation states that copy trading between accounts under the same ownership is allowed and that EAs are allowed when the trading decisions remain the trader's own.

That is exactly what I was doing.

I immediately contacted support and provided information about my setup. I also asked them to explain which specific rule I had violated.

Unfortunately, my emails have gone unanswered.

What I find most troubling is that the exact same trading process was apparently acceptable for months, right up until the point where a payout was requested.

Blueberry markets itself heavily as a broker-backed, transparent and trustworthy prop firm. My experience has unfortunately been very different.

I hope Blueberry will finally review my case properly and provide a clear explanation. Until then, I cannot recommend this company to other traders.

And their reply, ladies and gentlemen, is exactly why you shouldn't trust this fraudulent company. Since 2022 I've learned how to trade, buying multiple courses which is an investment on it's own, (besides all the time you put in). Having multiple strategies in the arsenal, going into the markets with some funded companies, only to get ROBBED by this one. A couple of months ago they had some stricter rules which caused them to close some of my account, and now all those rules were cleared, therefore I bought 2 more accounts which I talked about earlier since I thought for me it's kind of impossible to lose those accounts since I don't have any trouble applying proper risk management while trading, and I'm kind of aware with my max losing streak, since I know my winrate and have backtested a couple of hundred trades. Well, probably Blueberry knew I was going to cost them money, and they chose to close my accounts like i trade with some sort of bot. I put my alarm every morning at 5:30 to analyse the markets, somedays I have a trade, somedays I don't, I trade from my Vantage master account, which sends it through metacopier to my Blueberry funded accounts, which is totally allowed according to their FAQ and rules section.

I don't know if they have any idea how bad their actions are hurting people. I literally trade to provide a better life for my kids of 2 and 5 years old and put in a significant amount of time to learn this, and apply this to the markets, and to watch those videos of them on youtube and other platforms luring other people like me, with families to take care for, into their scam is discusting.

SCAM ALERT: They deny payouts and ban profitable manual traders.

完全手動取引をしていたのに出金審査時に自動取引が検知されたという理由で出金拒否+アカウント削除されました。
素晴らしい検知機能をお使いの企業のようですね。

I passed their evaluation, strictly followed all drawdown rules, and requested a payout. Instead of paying my legitimate profits, they permanently banned my account.

Their excuse? They falsely accused me of using an EA/bot. Their "proof" is absolutely ridiculous:

They claimed my trades were "Machine-Speed Execution" simply because I used the platform's standard "Bulk Close / Close All" tool to manage slippage.

They cited "Absolute Volumetric Allocation Rigidity" because I consistently used 0.50 to 0.70 lots. Yes, they banned me for practicing strict, disciplined risk management.

They complained about my fixed TP/SL levels, which is basic trading discipline.

When I emailed their Risk Management team with proof that my trades were 100% manual, they completely ignored my explanation. They just sent a generic, copy-pasted template saying "the decision is final" and formally ended the partnership.

They are clearly a B-book firm that cannot afford to pay winning traders. If you make a profit, they will twist standard platform features and basic risk management into a "rules violation" to confiscate your money.

I am currently processing a credit card chargeback with my bank for my evaluation fees. Do not waste your time and money here. STAY AWAY!
