I passed their evaluation, strictly followed all drawdown rules, and requested a payout. Instead of paying my legitimate profits, they permanently banned my account.
Their excuse? They falsely accused me of using an EA/bot. Their "proof" is absolutely ridiculous:
They claimed my trades were "Machine-Speed Execution" simply because I used the platform's standard "Bulk Close / Close All" tool to manage slippage.
They cited "Absolute Volumetric Allocation Rigidity" because I consistently used 0.50 to 0.70 lots. Yes, they banned me for practicing strict, disciplined risk management.
They complained about my fixed TP/SL levels, which is basic trading discipline.
When I emailed their Risk Management team with proof that my trades were 100% manual, they completely ignored my explanation. They just sent a generic, copy-pasted template saying "the decision is final" and formally ended the partnership.
They are clearly a B-book firm that cannot afford to pay winning traders. If you make a profit, they will twist standard platform features and basic risk management into a "rules violation" to confiscate your money.
I am currently processing a credit card chargeback with my bank for my evaluation fees. Do not waste your time and money here. STAY AWAY!

Completely fraud and stupid firm. They had no problem until I was not requesting a Payout. They day I requested a Payout of $250 they told me risk team found your account not following the rules. And they directly revoked access of my account. They would have just rejected the payout but no they didn't;t let me sign in and not letting me show them counter evidences. Just pure stupidity. They will give payout when it's under $100. Above $100 they start doing tricks and comes up with hidden rules and all.

UNFAIR PROFILE BAN: Seizing my compliant $200k Active Live Account over an unrelated dispute!
"I am writing this review with deep disappointment and solid proof of how Blueberry Funded treats consistent traders.
My profile has been completely locked (Error Code: RB10), and they have wrongfully terminated and seized my active $200k Prime account (#5067879). I want to state on record that this $200k account has ZERO trading violations, ZERO rule breaches, and flawless equity management.
The company is using a blanket profile termination simply because a separate negotiation was ongoing for my 100k account (#5065577) which has a balance of $100,781.56. In fact, Support Manager Support Manager explicitly replied to me publicly on Trustpilot stating that a middle-ground conversation was open for my 100k account!
But instead of honoring their manager's public commitment, their Risk Team ("the Risk Agent") abruptly banned my entire profile and seized a completely clean, unrelated $200k live fund! This completely contradicts their own published FAQ guidelines on 'Prohibited Strategies' which state that compliance reviews are conducted strictly on an individual account history basis.
Seizing a trader's fully compliant, separate $200k active live account without any contractual violation is an absolute breach of business trust and financial sabotage. I demand that General Manager Internal Risk Team or the executive leadership step in, review this massive internal policy contradiction, and immediately restore access to my active $200k account (#5067879)."

Unexpected Charge Months Later Without Prior Notification
I have been a customer of Blueberry Funded and have purchased multiple challenges from them. In all of my previous purchases, payments were deducted immediately, so I naturally expected any charge to be processed at the time of purchase.
On 29 May, I noticed a transaction on my bank statement that I did not recognize. Since I had not placed any order on that date, I became concerned and spent considerable time reviewing my bank statements, emails, invoices, and account records to determine the source of the charge.
For more than 10 days, I was trying to understand what had happened. During that time, I genuinely believed there might have been an unauthorized transaction on my card. The situation caused significant stress and concern regarding the security of my account.
Because I was unable to visit my bank immediately due to work, family commitments, and other responsibilities, I contacted my bank and requested that my card be cancelled. As a result, I experienced additional inconvenience and had to rely on cash transactions while waiting for a replacement card.
Following my inquiry, Blueberry Funded investigated the matter and later explained that the transaction was linked to my original purchase from 14 February and that the posting on 29 May resulted from a delayed settlement process within the banking and payment network rather than a new charge initiated by Blueberry Funded.
I acknowledge the explanation that was ultimately provided. However, I initially found it difficult to understand because every previous purchase I had made with the company had been charged immediately. Based on my past experience, I had no reason to expect that a transaction could appear on my account several months after the original purchase. This is one of the main reasons why I was concerned and confused when the transaction appeared.
Had I been informed that such a delayed settlement was possible, much of the confusion, stress, time spent investigating, card cancellation, and inconvenience could likely have been avoided.
I appreciate the efforts made to investigate the issue and provide clarification. However, the overall experience was frustrating and time-consuming from my perspective. While I accept the explanation provided, I remain dissatisfied with how the situation unfolded as a customer.
Update:
After publishing my original review on Trustpilot, I noticed that an "Unauthorized bank transactions inquiry and delayed resolution" option became available, which I had not previously seen when I first raised my concerns. From my perspective, it appeared that the matter received additional attention after the review was published.
Separately, Blueberry Funded contacted me directly by email multiple times and requested that I update my review to reflect the outcome of their investigation. They also provided additional explanations and supporting information regarding the transaction.
After reviewing the information provided, I chose to edit this review to include their explanation and the additional context they shared.
I would also like to thank Trustpilot for providing a platform where customers can share their experiences and seek further attention regarding unresolved concerns.
However, I have not removed my original concerns, as they accurately reflect my experience, confusion, stress, and the inconvenience I faced at the time the transaction appeared on my account. The fact that the issue was eventually explained does not change the time, effort, and concern that were involved before the matter was clarified.
For that reason, while I acknowledge the explanation that was ultimately provided, I remain dissatisfied with the overall experience. I believe customers would benefit from clearer communication regarding the possibility of delayed transaction settlements, particularly when they may occur several months after an original purchase.

Another random account termination. In a funded account, After weeks of a successful swing trade That was ongoing, suddenly they breached my account and blocked login to the dashboard.
They claimed I had used an EA to Make trading decisions, Which I know is prohibited. The only EA tool I have is a risk management tool used purely to calculate risk, stop loss and TP. This is completely allowed within their regulations as stated on the website. It is not a trading bot/ algorithm capable of making trading decisions.
So Somehow after several weeks of holding this profitable short trade on BTC, they decided I used an EA for trading decisions, which is not allowed. I did not.
The first time this happened was in a challenge phase account. I Was close to passing the challenge on a one-step and then suddenly they closed my account.
Several people have complained of the same thing. It seems very intentional because they didn't say they had issues with their systema or make any kind of public announcement. They just carry on business as usual like nothing happened

You claim that you do allow trade management tool EAs, but your systems are also designed to flag such EAs when you use them?... This makes no sense. It's either I'm breaking your rules or I'm not. If your system's made an error either give me my money back or reinstate my account. It's very simple.
If you wanted clarity or proof That I did not use an EA that makes trading decisions, Why did you not ask for proof instead of closing my account?. Why did your automated systems wait several weeks after I was in profit to suddenly flag a breach after I had entered the trade weeks ago with no new recent entries?
Why have you not sought to resolve this even though I had not broken any of your rules and worked perfectly within what you allow as far as EA functions.
Why did you log me out of my account, so that I can no longer access to the dashboard?.
Why has this happened to several traders that I've spoken to on your socials?..

This was the first time I brought an account from them that too 100k at first due to 2 big reasons. 40% off offer and reset at 40% of the challenge fee. As a trader we always go through faq to see all rules and all the stuff. I made decision of buying the account entirely based on the reset fee. It's 40% of 550$, i.e 220$ for 100k. Not they changed to 60% of 550$, i.e 330$. When I contacted support they say it was done by mistake and have rights to change that. Now they have updated that.I am aware they have rights but as a responsible "broker backed prop firm" its your responsibility to update its customers that we have maked this and that changes. No mail and nothing. I didn't expected this from them. I asked for refund and they are refusing it. I made my entire decision based on faq as a normal trader will do. Now they change it and say it's our right. This is very unfair. I have traded many firms but never experienced this before. Now I think it was their marketing. A trader should not be misinformed. I have proof of screenshot of their faq which was earlier.

Funded account terminated without evidence — conflicting reasons given, no transparency
I successfully completed a 5K One-Step Challenge and was granted a funded/master account. I traded independently using only my personal mobile device — no VPS, no trade copier, no third-party access of any kind.
Without warning, Blueberry Funded forcibly closed my active trade and terminated my entire account. Their stated reason was that my MT5 terminal ID (MQID) was allegedly linked to another account — implying a shared environment. I categorically deny this.
When I appealed and requested basic evidence — dates, device details, how they reached this conclusion — they refused to provide any, citing "internal detection methods." Later, a support representative added "prohibited trading strategies" as an additional reason, which directly contradicts the original MQID allegation. No clarification was given on which violation actually applied.
The result: funded account terminated, 3-Step Challenge account disabled, full profile banned, MT5 access removed (error RB10), and all future payouts cancelled.
Their final response: "Decision is final. No review. No exceptions."
I am not asking for sympathy or special treatment. I am simply documenting my experience. My account was terminated, my profile was banned, and my access was removed based on allegations that I dispute. Despite multiple requests, I was not provided with evidence or sufficient clarification to understand or verify the findings. Traders should be aware of this process before deciding whether to purchase a challenge.
