Funded account terminated without evidence — conflicting reasons given, no transparency
I successfully completed a 5K One-Step Challenge and was granted a funded/master account. I traded independently using only my personal mobile device — no VPS, no trade copier, no third-party access of any kind.
Without warning, Blueberry Funded forcibly closed my active trade and terminated my entire account. Their stated reason was that my MT5 terminal ID (MQID) was allegedly linked to another account — implying a shared environment. I categorically deny this.
When I appealed and requested basic evidence — dates, device details, how they reached this conclusion — they refused to provide any, citing "internal detection methods." Later, a support representative added "prohibited trading strategies" as an additional reason, which directly contradicts the original MQID allegation. No clarification was given on which violation actually applied.
The result: funded account terminated, 3-Step Challenge account disabled, full profile banned, MT5 access removed (error RB10), and all future payouts cancelled.
Their final response: "Decision is final. No review. No exceptions."
I am not asking for sympathy or special treatment. I am simply documenting my experience. My account was terminated, my profile was banned, and my access was removed based on allegations that I dispute. Despite multiple requests, I was not provided with evidence or sufficient clarification to understand or verify the findings. Traders should be aware of this process before deciding whether to purchase a challenge.

Just want to remind others to be careful of this company, the so-called broker backed prop firm. I wasted a month and worked very hard to pass 2 steps of the challenge. Once the account got funded, it was deactivated on the very first day due to some newly implemented rules which were hidden somewhere and not mentioned in the contract which I had signed with this scam company the very same day. The experience left such a sour taste in the mouth that it put me off all prop firms. I view all of them suspiciously now after this horrible experience with this horrible company. I would advise others to learn from my experience and stay away from them.

The 1.5% Rule per Trade Idea that applies during the funded stage is clearly documented on our main website, outlined in our FAQ with detailed trade examples, and has been in place as part of our standard risk framework. It is not a newly implemented rule, and it does appear in the documentation available at the time you signed up.
We take transparency very seriously and continuously work to ensure our traders have all the information they need before and during the challenge. We're sorry if this particular rule wasn't top of mind, but we want to assure the community that it has always been accessible and clearly communicated.

This is a genuine review about Blueberry.
I had purchased a $50,000 Instant Funding account and made a profit of $812. When I submitted my payout request, I received an email stating that I had taken trades at the same time every day and that this violated their prohibited strategies.
However, there is no such rule mentioned in their policy. Even if a trader follows a consistent strategy, that should not be a reason to deny a payout. I was only taking around 2 trades per day.
Instead of paying my profit, they rejected the payout and simply refunded my account fee to close the matter.
My request to all traders is to be careful and avoid trading with this prop firm, as in my experience they do not honor payou

The claim that there are “no such rules mentioned” is incorrect. All prohibited trading behaviors are clearly outlined in our publicly available Risk Policy and FAQ. No hidden rules are applied, and all evaluation and payout decisions are made strictly within these published guidelines.
On the refund point, this is also misrepresented. As clearly stated in our official policy, we do not offer refunds once trading activity has begun or after evaluation outcomes. In this case, while you did not qualify for a payout under the risk framework, the account fee was still returned as a gesture of resolution. This is a plus for you, considering that refunds are not part of our standard policy.
We understand disagreements may arise when payout requests are declined due to not following our risk frameworks, however all decisions are applied consistently and fairly under the same published rules for every trader.
We encourage readers/traders to refer directly to our official Terms and Risk Policy in our FAQ for full clarity.
