I booked an appointment about 4 months ahead of time via Vitality. They have now cancelled my appointment at least 4 times. Always on the day of the appointment so if it's at 9am you get zero notice. Incredibly disruptive as most people will have arranged their day around the appointment. Now that this has happened so many times its clear the explanations given are total nonsense.

Eva was excellent, very welcoming and explained everything in detail to help me understand what's happening. Great appointment when there, lots of kit and could upgrade package on the day. Fairly pricey for extras but a trusted brand so happy to pay.
The booking process was frustrating and could be improved as I'd originally booked the cheaper package, then wanted to upgrade but had to call to upgrade but keep the original booking and I received a you did not attend email and also it's been added as an appointment to my Vitality account so it looks like I've had 2 appointments this year!! Not ideal. Haven't downgraded on stars as I think the overall experience from the appointment to the results on my phone and booklet arriving by post was excellent.
Parking at the venue (Village Bournemouth) was very confusing and I had to check with a receptionist about their free parking as it wasn't clear what to do with signs everywhere saying you will get a fine if you park there and not at the hotel.

Horrible, these people are pure criminals.
I booked a full body MOT for my wife, we scheduled a session to accommodate my wife’s busy schedule as she is daily rate employee. If she does not work she does not get paid.
Few hrs before our scheduled appointment they send an email and message saying we are rescheduling this appointment because they are short of staff we requested for refund and it’s been over 8 days and no refund and on top of this they are claiming that we missed their scheduled appointment.
Criminal, we spend £319/- it’s hard earned money to be looted by these thieves.

Myself and my wife booked a complete health check today with bluecrest and the clinician Jonathan s was absolutely brilliant. He was kind and courteous to both of us. Jonathan maintained a friendly and professional approach as he took us through the tests, explaining what each test contained and what to expect. On this experience alone we will be using bluecrest from now on.

We have been going to Blue Crest Wellness health screening for many years, we have found them to be helpful and informative, our recent test was carried out by Rea, who was exceptional in every way possible, she explained everything very well, engaging and any questions answered in detail. We have just applied for the healthcare subscription with a great discount, half year test and already booked for next year and paying monthly. The results giving previous tests and show trends is invaluable to keep an eye on how your health is improving (or not!!) Keep up the great work.

Paid £287 for a full assessment. Booking process is an absolute pain as it fails and if it fails mid booking your slot is held without being able to go back. Eventually booked an appointment for 7pm, did all the stuff, they couldnt draw blood. Rescheduled, drank a ton of water then get an email saying my appointment had been moved to 2 months away. Call in and reschedule to a week. Drink a lot of water again and still no bloods. Had to wait 15 minutes past the booking time to get in and when I spoke about a refund offered less than half the cost of the the booking in refund. Considering most of the info is related to the blood test results, its a little incredulous. I will be avoiding them again and I reccomend you do too.
Nurse was lovely about it but the admin, rebooking, and already painful scenario to then be told we've taken most of your money, is just terrible.

The appointment was quick and painless, and I would happily recommend Bluecrest to anyone thanks to Dan's friendly and professional attitude.

After a short wait Simon the health assessor took me to the room for the health check. Simon was very good with explaining how the assessment would be carried out.
He answered my questions and took his time to carry out all the procedures. At no time did I feel rushed.
I was very happy with the Bluecrest experience and can recommend it to anyone who would like to have a health check done

Used Bluecrest for 4 years. Never again. I was late yes not 10 minutes early but 17 minutes late. According to their times. No one asked me why. So sick of this type of attitude. So she Comes out and said I’m not seeing you today your late. I tried to explain. ! No point. I said I want my money back today. Oh no I have to wait 5 days. People have no voices. They are just wrong. That’s it. I was wrong. So disappointed. They have been late seeing me in the past. I did not complain. That is life. I wonder now I should have lowered my standard to meet their customer support.
