So glad I came across this company as the tests they do are extensive. I made an appointment at my nearest location being in Swansea Mecure Hotel. The woman I saw, I think her name was Carys? She was amazing and so friendly. The whole appointment only lasted around 20 mins and all of my results were available within days. I had 8 "red flags" which im now addressing and will make follow-up tests in a few week's to see how things have changed.

I was attracted to Bluecrest Wellness because the set-up sounded very professional. However, the scales and BP result were both inaccurate and, had my BP genuinely been at the level measured by the HSA, then she shouldn't have carried out the spirometry test. The body composition scales were foot to foot rather than foot to hand and the HSA was unable to take my blood, which was the only reason I went. Have asked for a refund.

I wish there was a way to score lower. Avoid this company at all costs it's basically a scam. Half of the results were unavailable because they inputted my data incorrectly. This wasn't picked up by them. I have spoken to them more times than I can count over the last two months to try to get a resolution and all you get from them is advisors who tell you over and over again they are just messengers and can't do anything. Then they offer a £30 refund from a services costing nearly £350, which they take almost a month to look at processing. I don't think any of the results they did provide are accurate, it's a waste of money and time

My assessment recently took place with Abi just outside Battle, East Sussex. Booking the assessment was straightforward and the venue was very comfortable and welcoming. I found Abi to be very professional in her approach, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and I would have no hesitation in recommending this health check to others. I’m glad that I decided to book the assessment because it picked up a dangerously high blood pressure issue which is now being investigated by my GP. I was blissfully unaware that I had a blood pressure problem because I’ve not been feeling at all unwell and hadn’t needed to visit the GP for many years. The health check was money well spent. The results came through within a few days via email, with a hard copy due to follow.

I had a health assessment with Bluecrestwellness on 3January 2026. I paid for an extra test at £109. I was told the machine had not taken the payment and was asked to telephone their offices to pay over the phone. This I did within a matter of minutes, before I left the building.
When checking my credit card statement I noticed the payment of 109 had gone through twice. Therefore, I telephoned Bluecrestwellness and asked them to refund the extra payment to my card. They said they wanted to see evidence of the payment having gone through twice and wanted confirmation of the final four numbers of my credit card. Again, I emailed this to them within a matter of minutes.
In the following weeks I had to chase several times and each time the response was that they have passed it over to their accounts department and that they could not find any trace of either of my two payments. I was again asked to send my credit card last four numbers and a screenshot of the two payments having gone through.
A few weeks later I was told that the person who responded to me was sorry for the delay as they had been on holiday. This was no excuse as I had already dealt with at least four of their agents during January and February.
Twice I set a deadline for them to return the overpayment to my credit card account. Twice it was ignored. I therefore referred the matter to my credit card company who are dealing with it now on my behalf.
