Detailed Results

Within 8 days of your appointment, your results will be available online through our My Wellness portal. Your printed report will be sent in the mail within 21 days. The report explains each test in detail, assigning every result a flag of green, amber, or red. It also provides follow-up advice on how you could improve your results.


24/7 GP Helpline

All of our health check packages provide you with unlimited access to a 24/7 GP helpline for a year after your appointment. From tummy upsets to travel advice, the service also covers prescriptions.

I had a health assessment with Bluecrest wellness

I had a health assessment with Bluecrestwellness on 3January 2026. I paid for an extra test at £109. I was told the machine had not taken the payment and was asked to telephone their offices to pay over the phone. This I did within a matter of minutes, before I left the building.
When checking my credit card statement I noticed the payment of 109 had gone through twice. Therefore, I telephoned Bluecrestwellness and asked them to refund the extra payment to my card. They said they wanted to see evidence of the payment having gone through twice and wanted confirmation of the final four numbers of my credit card. Again, I emailed this to them within a matter of minutes.
In the following weeks I had to chase several times and each time the response was that they have passed it over to their accounts department and that they could not find any trace of either of my two payments. I was again asked to send my credit card last four numbers and a screenshot of the two payments having gone through.
A few weeks later I was told that the person who responded to me was sorry for the delay as they had been on holiday. This was no excuse as I had already dealt with at least four of their agents during January and February.
Twice I set a deadline for them to return the overpayment to my credit card account. Twice it was ignored. I therefore referred the matter to my credit card company who are dealing with it now on my behalf.

My blood test went smoothly and efficiently, and I highly recommend this to anyone, especially those that are health conscious and want to know their markers.

Having booked a day off work for my health assessment blood test , I get a email 3 hours before my appointment saying cancelled and another date 5 days later , not even a courtesy phone call .

Great Experience with Dan yesterday

I visited Bluecrest Wellness for the first time yesterday and was greeted by the lovely Dan Porter. He was so lovely in making me feel comfortable and at ease! He explained everything well and made sure I understood everything before leaving. I would definately return and hopefully will have Dan again. Great experience made all the better by Dan!

Rescheduled for no reason. Complete waste of time.

Booked 3 weeks ago specifically as its a bank holiday and organised a day trip with kids around it. Email received 30 minutes ago saying appointment has been rescheduled. No apology, no reason, nothing.

Phoned customer service who were confused at best. Cancelled and wont be using Bluecrest anymore.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a rating and your feedback. We are very sorry that this was not communicated to you when you called. We were made aware that one of members of staff would not be returning to work due to illness, as such we needed to reschedule our events to enable consistent coverage.

Our system automatically sends a rescheduling email when we amend the booking, we usually follow this up with a call to check the new date is suitable and reschedule further with yourself should that be needed. At the time of your call that information wasn't available to the advisor although they did seek clarity from a more senior member of staff.

Excellent care from the team (Barrie)…

Excellent care from the team (Barrie) More impressive was my ECG showed a serious problem and Bluecrest phoned me within 2hours to notify me and advise immediate action. Fortunately it related to a known pre existing condition. I was extremely impressed by the care taken to inform me of what could have been a life threatening condition. I recommend Bluecrest 100% for their 5 star performance.

Friendly and efficient

I chose East Grinstead rather than taking bloods at home this time. Abi was friendly and efficient and explained the results well.
