I had trouble getting the ice cream machine up and running. VJ helped me a lot on getting the machine together, was very patient, told me everything I needed to know about he machine, he also sent me additional information that I may need and answered any questions I had. Very happy with the outcome and the ice cream machine has been running perfectly :) 10/10 would recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with the service! The delivery was smooth and right on time, but what really stood out was the extra mile Patrick went to train us on how to use the ice cream machine. Finally it’s fixed. Engineer came out today and fitted the new gearbox. Sounds like Rolls-Royce

Amazing support! Extremely helpful and highly trained staff.

Equipments I bought from the blue ice are excellent. I had two twin tank and triple tank slushy still going after 5-6 years.
However I replaced my ice cream maker this year on January because my old one t15 broken after 5 years of service. So I decided I go for new and January I bought T 5. Because I like the equipment.
However on the arrival after setting up the machine it was a loud noise coming. I contacted the company. They advised few things to do but nothing changed. After many many calls and emails finally they agreed to send engineer. He came along. Very nice guy straight away he listened noise and said it’s gearbox Order the gearbox arrived. It’s been sitting on the counter since Marc. Still not sent engineer to fit it.
Last I phone told engineer is on holiday.
Now in August I need the machine nothing done.
They’re very good machines BUT THE SERVICE YOU IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE.
MY ADVICE FOR YOU GUYS. BUY THE MACHINES FROM DIFFERENT Suppliers. Don’t buy direct from blue ice.

Shocking customer service

I operated parts that never came for a slush machine.
When I called they constantly make excuses and promise it will be the next day but they still don’t come this has been 3 times now and still no parts
