It took six weeks but they arrived eventually. I hope y'all receive yours but in the future, I will just pay the extra money for the real deal. This whole process was way too stressful, seeing the website go down and reading many furious comments about this being a scam. I'm not so sure it was a scam but it was quite badly executed. I was just about to lose hope I'd get them when the post office sent me a text. I got them today and they look pretty darn cool. Work great too. We'll see how long they'll last.. :) This was an order from "blvckco.com"

Sorry Blvckpods, but not really sorry... your communication and customer service is lacking and your website still does not work.
I know AustPost is struggling to deliver goods during COVID-19. All the more reason to maintain your 24/7 customer service.
The AirPods and AirPods Pro work very well, sound is good. My iPhone recognised them as AirPods/Pro and paired instantly with full functionality.
Overall the product is as described.
I hope you get your order too.

Order never received. No reply to my where’s my order from the 24/7 customer support. And now 3 weeks later the links from my order to the site and email address no longer exists.

Only giving these 1 star because I can’t leave 0 stars. Took months to arrive, had to chase them far too months! Eventually arrived in dodgy packaging and after using for a few minutes, they connect and disconnect, terrible battery life and overall a massive waste of money! Would not recommend to anyone!

I bought these and the whole thing is a total scam. I eventually received them 2 months late (direct from China even though there listed as a UK company) - they didnt work and then (after tons of hassle and back and forth emails) they just ignored me and I never got my money back. All of these fake AirPods are basically the same company which is re-branded as "Blackpods" - the site has replaced it with exactly the same videos and graphics. The scam is run by a guy called Ollie Pallister (an ex male model and now professional scammer - he's on Twitter) - heres the address of the so called Blankpods company - 7 Bloodhills, East Somerton, Norfolk, NR29 4DU - so if you see that address on any website do not buy!

Took 3 months to come in when I was told it would be 7 day shipping, refused to cancel the order even though it hadn’t been shipped yet. After not receiving them I filed a dispute with my bank, which a later cancelled when the product finally showed up. He denied that I cancelled the dispute and tried to make me pay for another even though I gave him his money. He then harassed me by calling me multiple time a day for weeks asking for the money he already received. After confirming with my bank he got his money back he still claimed he never got it and threatened to call my local police on me and take me to court. The pods also are terrible and cut out constantly.

100% SCAM YOUTUBERS ARE PAID. Try calling them. You will realized its all a scam.

This company has terrible customer service. I don't believe they are ethical. I ordered black pods in December for my son and then immediately cancelled the order when I read all the negative reviews. I instructed them not to send the product. They didn't. Problem is they never credited my credit card. They pocketed my $$. So I filed a complaint with my credit card company. The credit card company has reached out to this company multiple times and they have yet to reply. They have until March to reply. What a joke. This whole thing is a scam. I can't recommend this product or company at all. If you want a good set of wireless headphones, consider the HiFi Man TWS600. They are a little goofy looking and my son didn't like them so I kept them. You can get them for $99 when on sale. This company makes $8,000 headphones so I'm sure they aren't going to put out a piece of junk. Plus they have good customer service.

Ordered 4 months ago, tracking number says the package is still in the US. I have contacted them multiple times with no response. I asked to get the package or a refund but no response..

Scam .. Order never arrived

This is honestly the worst online shop I have encountered so far. Their correspondence is poor, they do not send shipping details unless you request it. They clearly lied about the shipping days on their website, which is clearly fraudulent. They also lied about having excess orders, it's just an excuse to delay shipping further. I ordered mine on black Friday because I was deceived by the 'so-called' discount, which was also a lie as that appears to be their normal price, and I was hoping to receive mine before Christmas but I still haven't received it.

The company should be sanctioned or better yet their website should be shut down until they learn better business management.

Never recieved my item and had to get my bank to retrieve the money after my refund request was ignored

Don’t be patient or polite. It’s a scam. Do not touch. maybe think twice about following recommendations from YouTube channel - unbox therapy. Lew has some explaining to do about what he recommends

When I bought them they told me by mail that they have a delay with the orders. I waited 3 months. After that I stayed polite and wrote them that I understood the delay and asked them for an update on my order numbers. After that they mailt me back with a track and trace number from DHL. In one week the blvckpods arrived. Really good quality and so worth waiting. Thanks Blvckpodsteam! From spain

P.S. The track and trace number they provide is only visible on the DHL US website.

Dont order.. the order never got there.. take the money and send you an invoice, however nothing ever gets delivered.

They don’t really have a product y’all. Don’t waste your money.
