FAKE! I ordered a pair back in April and received them 2 months later and they were broken. When I tried to reach out on their website it was down. I checked their Instagram page and discovered they disabled all of the comments on their posts. I messaged them and told them how upset I was with their customer service. They told me my headphones would be sent on two weeks. That was July. I have not received anything from them since and their Instagram page looks dead. It’s a total scam don’t waste your money.

Ordered a pair after watching Unbox therapy review on youtube on Sept 11th, its been over 2 weeks and still nothing no tracking numbers,this is a Scam i Blame Unbox Therapy for Promoting this Scam Just look at the Comments section in there Video hundreds of people have not recieved there order

Ordered the Blvckpods on September 10th expecting them to be shipped within days of me purchasing them, as promised by this company. I constantly receive deals on receiving another pair.... I've asked numerous times for the tracking info and I receive no response in return. Currently resolving this issue up with my credit card company and getting my money back.

Bought a pair off the website Calle blvcknoir.com sep 11 didn’t ship anything sep 23 so know I am canceling me order and disputing It with my credit card. Keep emailing me saying it was going ship but never ships asked for my money back they blocked my emails.

You have to go to Blvcknoir.com the rest of the sites are scammers.

Ordered a pair back in May of 2019. As of this review in September, I still haven’t received them. They’ve not responded to repeated emails asking when I can expect delivery. And there is no customer service department.

This is a garbage company, period. Like many people below, my order was placed months ago(in May) and have received nothing. No email with order status, no phone call update, nothing. Well, actually not nothing... They’ve emailed me a couple of times to promote a Labor Day Sale, etc. Some nerve. As others have mentioned, website was taken down and customer service number disconnected. Although, the links in their latest email take you back to a new site, blvcknoir.com, so that they can continue to scam countless others under a new name... Selling BlvckPods 2, no less. So weak....

These guys are flat out thieves, unapologetically. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. You will likely never get it back.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

Ordered my BlvckPods back on May 26th, received an email a couple days later saying that they would soon be shipping. Never received any tracking information. Sent emails in June and July trying to get an update, didn't get a reply on either attempt. Company website no longer exists, money has been withdrawn, no product received.

Ordered in April, did not receive anything. Tried to contact them through instagram but apparently they just decided to ignore. DO NOT BUY AS IT IS A SCAM!! Support team email (which they sent to me through instagram dm) does not exist as well.

Worst company ever please all the other people who have been scammed file a complaint here on econsumer . gov

order placed in May. I chased to see status of the order end of June and then sent another email in July asking for a refund. no response. website doesn't exist.

I have ordered my pods on the 16 of may and we are the 23 of july and still not received my items

After waiting months for my order and emailing their "support" team multiple times and despite the numerous ppl below who never actually rec'd their order, I did. Even though, they are still pretty badBad. They lose their pairing half the time and don't keep a charge longer than an hr. After charging them all night, they power off right in the middle of my workout. Complete waste of money and energy with these. Money down the drain!

Ordered 3 month ago. Money gone, nothing received. mailing adresses not available anymore. Just pure scam

I had ordered EarPods 1month back haven't received it yet and there is no response from the company as well...will suggest no one to buy it from them as it is a scam

Ordered over six weeks ago and still no product, company eventually responds saying they are out of stock but won’t refund - DO NOT ORDER, ITS A SCAM

Ordered ear pods over two months ago and emailed for a refund and to cancel order numerous of times now however I haven’t heard back and have had no refund with no item. Very disappointing and a big waste of money. Would 110% not recommend.
