It’s a scam! Don’t buy from these guys. They’ll take your money and never ship out the earbuds. I’ve sent 4 emails and they never did answer me back about sending anything or returning my money. Don’t waist your time with theses guys!

Absolute SCAM!!! Took way to much money out of our account and never received any confirmation on purchase. Been trying to contact them through emails and 24/7 support but never reply my messages. In the process of getting my money back through my bank. Don’t be fooled people!!! 🤬 SCUMM 😡

I placed an order just two days ago and the money has been taken out of my account but I am yet to receive a confirmation email saying that they received my payment and the order will be prepared.

Did anyone else not receive an order confirmation from their purchase from the BlckPods *official* site and get their parcel.

I'm really stressing cause the money has been taken out but I keep getting emails from their Info email address address with *come back, we miss you* or *did you forget something* all those types of messages where the site sees you put something in your cart but then left the page.

I am so confused - SOS help please

This appears to be some sort of scam. I order my black pods two months ago and he have not arrived. They apparently ship to the UK but it doesn’t take two months to do this. Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered them earbuds.. They came after almost 2 months in some china looking box. One earbud is playing louder than the other one.. Half of the time when trying to connect them to my phone only one of them connects. Battery life is poor. Sound quality is like 5/10. In my opinion, it is not worth the headache you'll get with them even tho they are not so expensive.

I have orderd pods more thans 4 weeks ago. They dont give me a answer on the email. My son is sad.
I hope they sent them very soon.

I really debated with my own self trying to give you a 4 star rating or a 5. Well, I hope you can all see it clear up there. 😊Anyways, I was very mad and disappointed like everybody else. I got my order after more than a month. When I asked for more info on my order I was told exactly what everybody was told, they had extremely large amount of order coming in and they weren’t expecting that so that really kept them behind. It was that YouTube dude thou. He made a review video on the pods that had more than 3.5M views including mine.☺️ And that was when I ordered too plus all those disappointed customers who put a bold ‘SCAM’ on their reviews. It was bout go down with me too but I was really hoping to get it some day so I just waited. But once my pods came everything changed. I’m really hoping I won’t have to regret writing this review cus it hasn’t been a week since I’ve started using mah #Blackpods. And so far I’m the happiest pod guy eva. I really loved the mate black color.👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

hey, just my thoughts here

i've gone halfy half here .. i haven't got mine yet in over a month BUT, i have to bear in mind tho that i live in australia and things will take a while. they had said on their social media how after the dude posted on youtube their product, they were shocked and understaffed to ship out so many orders, i believe that and you have to know that's fair enough. it went viral after that youtube review. 3 weeks ago they posted a video of them pouring orders into a 'posting away' basket on their story, so i believe they're getting there. thennnn another post on the story, i think yesterday, a picture of packages bagged up. i received a confirmation email when i first ordered but haven't received tracking emails, hoping and guessing because it's still hectic in their business. for a scam guys, i feel like they'll have to 'look' more dodgier. i mean, c'mon, they still post on their story and it's live videos of their exact brand. they didn't use that youtube review video from someone else's brand either, it's their brand he reviewed on ! some had even commented and said on their page that they love it and did receive them. just want some logical opinions after what i've stated ^^, do you guys reckon we just probs needa be patient ? also, i'm referring to the instagram account page: @theblvcknoir just incase any of you are talking about another page ..

IT'S SCAM
Ordered ear pods over one months ago and emailed for a refund or shipping status numerous of times now however I haven’t heard back and have had no refund with no item. Very disappointing and a big waste of money.

I've been waiting for mine since over a month now. They aren't responding to emails. Some people received them and a lot haven't. i bought these before watching the video a youtuber made. Complete false advertising to people.

Update: Dec 3
I reached out to them in October and they emailed me back on October 30th, saying:
"We are truly doing our best to get the product shipped to you. Your product is still processing due to the high demand we are currently receiving. We will provide a tracking number when available."

Changed my rating to two stars because at least they replied, but its about to be 2 months since that email...

UPDATE 2: FEBRUARY 2
Its been over 6 months since I ordered it. 60$ down the drain. Did not get an email from them after that or anything.

Scam, never received the product, never replied through e-mail.

Die größte verarsche überhaupt. Habe die BlxckPods bestellt und leider kaputte bekommen. Leider bekomme ich keine Antwort vom Kundenservice oder ähnliches. Einfach nur schlecht und sollte verboten werden so etwas anzubieten.

Never received and no contact apart from 15 emails so far offering 20% discount for additional items. Going through PayPal resolution at the moment to try and claim money back
