Great product. Great price. Great service!
Ordered via the app which was easy to use and had a 5% discount. Was given a "latest by" date for collection. Got a call on the morning of the date saying ready for collection. On collection reception staff are friendly and helpful. Over the yard to the warehouse. Was helped out to the van with the order. Everything cut to perfection. Great product. Great price. Great service!

Very happy with the service received
Very happy with the service received. Scott was very helpful when I phoned to discuss my requirements. Delivery arrived on stated day. The driver called the day before to give an estimated time and then when he was 30 minutes away. Excellent all round.

New minimum order terms caused my overpayment- sorted
Wanted a piece of steel that is showing as £4.50 including vat on their website ( I’ve purchased the same thing before) i was charged £36+vat, when i questioned this i was informed that they had done me a favour as there’s a minimum order of £50+vat !!! So I was charged for 8, the lady who served me never gave me any indication of this, I’ve contacted the customer service and I’m waiting for the response, I’ll keep this review updated —-So I received an email from Darren Foster today apologising for my experience and providing me with his assurance that he will be ensuring that the minimum order amount will be made clearly displayed in the future and ended the matter to my full satisfaction, Thanks Darren 👍

BM Steel offers honest and helpful service, with competitive pricing compared to other suppliers. The stock lines are extensive and impressive, and their staff are approachable and communicative. Parking is convenient for lorries, trucks, and cars, and the location is easy to find. I look forward to conducting more business with them. I will be using there APP asap.
