Loyalty means little in this day and age and the cost of my insurance shows this.
The covid pandemic has been a difficult period, decimating my usual level of business.
I have to compete so can't increase my rates unless my competitors do. Of course they're in the same dilemma, so all of us are struggling.
The big organisations can make up for the covid shortfall by increasing their prices, particularly if, like insurance, having it is a legal requirement!
We'll see what the rest of 2021 brings?
I'm less confident now than I have been in my twenty nine years of trading!

I have been trying to contact this company 4 days nobody wants to answer the phone and take money out of my account with out any notice or explanation I will be cancelling my insurance soon as I get in contact this is disgusting

I took out a Motor Trade Policy but not until I was given step by step guide …so much useful information… very informative… and I love the way they just took me Under there wings with ease.. Josh explained things to me in a very informal yet structured way … what to do .. what not to do… what to look out for .. keeping my records upto date etc etc.. all in I was able to digest the info.. then read exactly what I’d be getting during the quote … given time to choose an option that best suited me. A BRILLIANT WAY of selling especially after the last few years we all have just had. Hats off to you guys… and once again… Josh .. Thank you so much.

Recently set up my business insurance. Nice and straight forward, good communication very happy so far.

The service I received was friendly, personal and helpful, specifics were addressed and I felt confident with the product recommended.

In this keen value for money I expected my broker to sort out best quote as they charge £150 for arranging a simple renewal!!
However I was very unhappy with the posted quote that I phoned them to express my dissatisfaction of the high quote £300 more than last year and £150 arrange fee when I have paid £50max for many years!!
After 25 mins or so going through verbally on my phone expense all the details they had correct on file it miraculously came to a sensible price and took £50 off my arrangement me.
Its a shame I can't counter invoice my fees that costs me time expense stress & frustration!!

I have been with them for years and they have never failed to give top customer service and the best price without a compromise to cover can’t fault them in anyway done me proud for years and yes have spoke to other brokers but don’t feel safe as I do with Bollington’s thank you

The service was first class. Jacqui did my quote and when I rang back to put it in place Elise put it all in action for me. Both women were very attentive, knowledgable and helpful. I would definitely come back based on their efforts.

Just renewed for the second year. No fuss, no complicated procedures. Easy to deal with.
