Bad customer service. They havent delivered order in confirmed delivery date.

We've delivered to you countless times, hope to think it has been a great service so far. Not quite sure what happened with the above order but do we warrant a 1 star review after ordering from us over 20 times :(.

We refunded the order fully a day after too.

I hope you can understand a 1-star review is a slap in the face after being our customer for so long :).

It will continue to be our pleasure to deliver to you nevertheless :)

Due to the intensity, sometimes e-mails are returned in order. However, we see that the product return was made to you on 23.09.2022 and an e-mail was sent to your address haf******38@gmail.com stating that your return was made.

Poor service - avoid

Poor service. Two items missing from order but no response to emails sent asking for them to be replaced.

I've used several times and packaging often poor with breakages on arrival. Until now refunds have been offered but now, as said, correspondence ignored.

I will not buy anything from Bonvila again and have found another supplier for Turkish goods.

The wrong good arrived

The wrong good arrived. I told the driver about this and he took them back. I emailed Bonvilla. I have heard nothing. I have not received a refund. I have not received the correct goods.

Disappointing…

Typical company who couldn’t sustain the quality when it gets bigger. Wrong delivery timings, missing products, even tho I didnt want substitutes they keep sending different products, no customer care even tho there is a whatsapp number st the website but noone is responding etc etc… used to be a great company but very disappointing at the moment

The products were of good quality but…

The products were of good quality but delivery arrangements need to be reviewed. I made a huge order consisting of many dairy and meat items. The delivery guy just left it at the lobby without so much as ringing the bell. The perishable food items just sat there in the heatwave until I happened to go out and saw the box.

missing items, damaged goods and no customer service

Stay away! For order #294801, a significant; amount of the items were missing from the delivered box. There were damaged goods as well. Customer service responds to neither emails nor WhatsApp messages at all. They don't answer voicemails, doesn't accept any call. I usually expect this sort of service only from fraud organizations.

Don't show "out of stock" bar

First of all, I would like to say that I'm very satisfied with Bonvila, but I think that some changes should be made in the interface of the site, such as, if a product is out of stock, it should not be displayed with and we can ignore it with a click on the menu bar, because it may take time while shopping.

Excellent range of products!!

Excellent range of products!!

Really good range of products at good prices too. Everything was very well packed, the only downside was my parcel was later than expected but probably an issue with the couriers themselves. Will definitely be using again very soon

Disappointing

I have been ordering from Bonvila for a year now and each order we receive had damaged goods, wrong items and was packed like it had been wrapped by a toddler. We always tolerated the poor service but last order was the end of chances. After trying to reach customer service owner/someone from the business called us to reassure us that this would never happen again. We trusted them and ordered again this month specifically saying no substations but we receive them anyway and each order they keep sending them anyway. Things came broken again. Packing was not improved like they promised. They said because we live in Northern Ireland things get damaged but reality is they've not invested in proper packaging. We order everything here from other grocery businesses from London and never had a problem... We asked for refund for missing and broken items got our refund but wont be using them again. There is other more professional providers from London that uses proper packaging.

Alice, very disapointed to hear this review, we've helped as much as we can, believe us when we say we do not profit from your orders in fact make a loss but we still sent it because we were trying to help out. We've sent a bunch of replacement boxes free of charge, free items.

At times it is out of our hands with the way our delivery partners handle the goods. We try our best to make sure it is packaged properly but due to the nature of our business and all the different shapes and sizes of products, it isn't as simple as other businesses who send a couple different products therefore have perfect packaging for it.

We never try to make excuses for bad experiences for our customers. So I'd like to apologise on behalf of the team but believe me we would never purposely send a box in a bad shape. I am gutted you gave us a 1-star review after using our services many times :(.

I truly hope another place will satisfy you the way we couldn't, you deserve great service :), thank you anyway for trying us out the amount of times you did.

Ilk siparisimiz cok güzel olmasına karşın, ikinci siparişimiz hayal kırıklığı oldu. Semizotu o kadar bozulmuştu ki yiyebilmek imkansızdı. Patatesli gözleme bayatlamıştı, yaprak sarmanın kapağı paramparça olmuş plastik parçaları içine karışmıştı. Yarım kilo kalamata zeytin aldık ama yiyemedik çünkü aşırı tuzlu ve suda bekletmemize rağmen geçmedi. İlk siparişteki özeni beklerdik, çünkü gerçekten memnun kalmıştık ve jer hafta sipariş vermeyi düşünüyorduk.

EXPIRED PRODUCTS, BAD SERVICE

Can't forget when we ordered some vine leaves, they sent us expired products. We emailed them to let them know and requested a new one but they refunded the money right away (not even the exact amount of what the product costs) which we just accepted.
The second issue was the dried figs. We ordered about 4packs but when we received them, the quality is so bad that we can't even eat them. It wasn't ripe enough (which you can tell from its color), the texture was hard, not easy to bite and chew. And has a bitter taste. We emailed them again stating our concern and providing some photos but they just say 'they will inform the team'. A couple of months passed already and still no update from them even if we already follow up. We spent £24 on the dried figs which we can't even eat.

İ Update My Rating To 3 Stars, That’s For Quality Of Food, Loved Everything İ Received, They Subsituted What They Didn’t Have To Something Else But İ Loved Them As Well, İt’s Just The Customer Service Part İ Didn’t Like, İ Know İt Was A Bank Holiday But The Customer Service Could Have Sent Me Just A One Simple Message Explaining That They Gave My Money Back But Because İt’s Bank Holiday That İ Won’t Able Too See İt On My Bank Account Till After, That’s All, One Simple Message, The Customer Service Needs İmproving A Bit Other Than That Everything Else İs Awesome
