A nice way to still ensure ire a turo ride for less very straight forward good company no issues

I have used Bonzah for many years and they are an excellent company. They never had a deductible until recently. They still are a primary insurance although even if you have your own insurance. I am switching to another company from this point on who is primary and doesn’t charge a deductible if you get into an accident.

Bonzah is very cost effective, responsive and easy to navigate. I was nervous not to have a live phone call to call, but the agent was very responsive over chat and addressed my concerns right away.

I did not have a claim to make, so may not be able to comment on that side. But purchase and set up was very intuitive and easy to do.

I can't really review because I never claimed. But I did notice communication was very good with the reviews which gave me some confidence

Fortunately, I didn't have to file a claim as my rental was without problems. Nevertheless, I would certainly recommend this insurance for international travelers when renting a car in the US, since it was the only insurance I could find available to international travelers and it is certainly much cheaper than insurance from a rental car company.
In short: get this when renting a car in the US and have it ready when rental car company employees try to hustle you into buying their ridiculously overpriced product.

It worked after a lot of struggle with the car rental place because they said they could only accept insurance from a list of providers. And they made me pay an extra fee for having a different company for lability and collision, that was 90 dollars so it ended up being more expensive using this insurance than theirs. I know that's wrong on the Mex rent a car side, but your insurance should con with some more legal information on what they as rental places can do. I got them to accept this after reading in your email that they had to but then I got screwed with an extra fee. Those rental places are awful and maybe you should provide some extra help so that we don't get screwed so badly. Maybe a 24h legal helpline would have helped but I tried to call you and couldn't talk to anyone.

This is my second time using Bonzah as my rental car insurance, I am very happy with their practical & economical manner of providing us with cost efficient insurance.

We where really satisfied with the rental. The van is brand new and the rental was really easy. I recommend it. Definitely will rent again.

The website is straightforward, the product is clearly defined. Useful for travellers to the USA.

It was easy to find out what insurance I needed and to select it. Fortunately I did not need to make a claim.
