Great company

Very pleased
I purchased the awning lights for my camper and was very pleased. The installation was super easy. The lights are extremely bright but can be toned down. They look really good on our camper. The reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was because the app didn’t work with my lights but FOB was just fine.
Shortly after I posted my review someone contacted me and explained why the app wasn’t working for me. I followed the instructions and now I’m good to go. So, I changed my review from a 4 to a 5. My wife is so pleased that she wants under glow lights. Looks like I’m getting under glows next. Great product. Great company. Very pleased.

Hello Ron. Thanks for your business and the review. Our APP will work with any IOS/ANDROID device that is BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) capable. It has been tested on literally thousands of devices including the latest IOS/Android OS. If you were unable to get the APP to work on your phone (and the phone is BLE capable), something else is going on -- either with your phone or the LED controller itself. In 99% of the cases where a customer contacts us about a problem with the APP not working with their phone, the issue is specific to that single phone - not the APP or the LED controller. The good news is that the issue is usually pretty simple to resolve. We have extensive trouble shooting information on our website specific to Bluetooth devices to help customers (https://www.boogeylights.com/trouble-shooting-guide/) and of course, our technical support team is happy to assist too (800.847.1359). Excellent product and customer service!
I asked questions prior to placing order because I had no idea what I needed. There was an almost immediate response with very helpful information! I purchased what was recommended for the under carriage of my RV. and they arrived quickly! The installation was super simple and they look great! I purchased the key fobs along with bluetooth capabilities and the selection of colors and patterns are amazing!! Will definitely purchase more for the awning on our RV! Thanks for a great product and excellent customer service!!

They are never wrong so beware, As I had explained the whole ordering process and acknowledged I had not received the order I placed and time framed that was stated and I was asked to review and the only thing I could comment on was the delay and not the product so I gave them a 1 Star, But the arrogant CFO states I would be a problem customer and refused to sell their product to me. I guess he misses the point. So I just order the product from them under someone else's name . I will advise on the product quality soon I hope for the best.

This review is not genuine. This person has never used Boogey Lights products. He originally placed an order with us a few months ago but because of his behavior, we elected not to ship the order and instead refund his money. We also black listed his email address from placing future orders. At the time we explained if he wants to purchase Boogey Lights products, he would need to do so through a dealer who would agree to support him after the sale; that Boogey Lights the company would not do business with him. Last week he placed another order online using a different email address. We refused that order too. Now, he files this bogus review that has zero relevance to any products we sell.
We've been in business a long time. We've dealt with literally tens of thousands of customers from all around the country. It has been our experience the sooner in the sales cycle we identify a customer who is likely to be difficult to work with or to please, the better -- for both parties. In this instance our instincts were spot on. This person's behavior has been disgraceful. It's clear from his actions that we absolutely made the right decision not to do business with him.
NOTE: Any attempt to purchase Boogey Lights products through a third party other than an authorized dealer will void the warranty and all product support.

I appreciate the on-hands service and warranty services provided. The product that I purchased is being used to light up my Kawasaki Nomad's, engine, front and tail end. The brightness of the lights are excellent. I feel the price for what I purchased was acceptable, definitely because of the support via telephone and email that I received.
