Item arrived damaged
Item arrived damaged with contents leaked all over the box. I discovered a crack on the item so had to dispose of it. My emails to Boots went ignored for five days before receiving a lazy copy and paste response saying that no resolution could be offered, despite the item being faulty and damaged. The worst customer service team I have ever dealt with, and it has put me off placing orders with them again.
Edit: I have contacted your "contact us" section numerous times and have been ignored.

Great prices, speedy delivery
While I got great deals and saved a bit of money, I was very disappointed in the packaging of my order. Everything was just flung in a box with no extra padding. Fortunately, nothing was damaged, although the lid came off one item and a little leakage from that got on to the outer box of another item. A bit of wadded-up brown paper would have helped. Other than that, I was pleased with my purchase, and the speedy delivery.

Wrong item received and difficult to get mine after
I ordered an Advent calendar , a different one arrived , I rang to see what to do and was told to return it in store. I drove to a store on my lunch break , the manager there had to ring up to receive the order and we had to go through the whole thing on the phone again, I was told all was sorted and that the other order would process and would take about five days. I then received an email to say the item was not acceptable as a refunded item , I contacted by phone again and spoke to someone who said there was no record of me returning the item . I sgsin gave all my details and that of the store I returned it to,they took note and said it would be sent out. I will hopefully receive my correct item next week. I have wasted over an hour dealing with something when I was not the reason for the error and it has been incredibly frustrating.
