Online order that is still not resolved.
Placed an order that was expected the following Tuesday. As of today, still no order. Repeated emails have been sent that receive a standard reply. You cannot speak with a representative and end up in a permanent loop with no answers. Really regret ordering from Boots and would not buy from them again, online or in the shop.
After this review you can see Boots reply and the link takes you into the exact same loop as before. There is no way to speak with a representative. So again, I advise against purchasing online from Boots. Additional update 19 Oct, the item has just arrived and it is the wrong colour of toothbrush.

Bad packaging
Over €100 order, christmas gift items arrived in a huge box, no filling, few of them got tears and scratches on the boxes. I emailed them, quick sorry and done.

We understand why this change is frustrating. New EU customs charges of €3 per item now apply to some low-value parcels entering Ireland from outside the EU. As the total cost can vary depending on the number of items ordered, Boots Ireland has changed its free home delivery threshold while continuing to absorb the majority of the additional costs.
To keep delivery charges clear and predictable, home delivery is free on boots.ie orders of €100 or more and €5 on orders below €100. Click & Collect remains free when you spend €25 or more.
