Selling Mum’s house was a long process but the staff at Bourne’s Estate Agents were extremely efficient and kept us updated throughout. I would highly recommend to anyone selling or buying a house.

I wish to express my satisfaction with the service we received from Bournes during the recent purchase of our property in Four Marks. Although it was a lengthy process, which was not due to any fault of Bournes, we have now successfully moved into our new home.

My only minor criticism is that the "For Sale/Sold" sign is still displayed at the property after 2 weeks.

I have been using Bourne for my rental properties for a number of years and they are great and the fee they charge is very reasonable for the work that they do. I needed to sell two properties and asked them to deal with this, which they did to a very high level.
The brochure they produced was very professionally done, with great photo's and wording. The fee again was very reasonable and the staff kept me in the loop at all times.

Fantastic! We’ve been looking for a new home for a while, and the team could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. We found our new home to rent via them, and they made everything so easy and simple to organise- really couldn’t rate both Charlotte and Hannah more as they were so brilliant (especially as I had a million questions).
