when you are selling a deluxe product like I was , a Rolex , you want someone you can trust , this is the company to deal with , they pay you what your watch is worth and don’t offer you silly prices , I obviously I was sceptical about selling my watch over the internet, but not to worry after contacting Martin, I knew I could trust this company with his professional and courtesy approach on the telephone , and no sales talk , they offered me a price I was happy with , I sent my watch on Tuesday , Martin received my watch on Wednesday mid morning, the monies was in my account by the afternoon the same day as promised , I would definitely recommend this company , first class

Martin contacted myself to purchase my watch after I posted it on EBay. I was slightly dubious after several time wasters but agreed to meet him after he suggested a sensible offer. We met in his shared shop premises and was very professional to deal with. No messing around with payment or a last minute low offer. I would definitely recommend him. He paid slightly more than alternative watch buying sites too!

Just recently purchased a Rolex 116610 from box and docs I found Martin to be very friendly and professional, he always replied promptly to any emails that I sent, the description of the watch that I purchased was accurate to the last detail and the item arrived when Martin said it would, will definitely be using Box and Docs again and I strongly recommend the company

I found Martins information on ebay and due to various horror stories that are well publicised I was extremely sceptical about going ahead with a Rolex watch purchase, however after completing numerous background checks on Martin and his company I was fairly confident who I was dealing with was trustworthy. Ultimately I was so glad I "overcome my concerns", Martin was great to deal with and went above and beyond what I expected (he was on annual leave when I first contacted him, and on his return to the UK he went into the shop jet lagged after an international flight), the upshot being that my wife will hopefully be overjoyed at Christmas to become the last member of our family to be a Datejust owner!

Very easy to deal with from the first contact. I wanted to sell my rolex. Martin offered a competitive price after i sent photos of the watch and documentation. Having received my watch the money was paid into my account very quickly. I would recommend him for his fast friendly efficient service.
