I liaised directly through EBay with Martin. He was extremely helpful and very patient. He had a ‘make an offer’ section on the listing which I took full advantage of. After purchasing the watch I arranged to collect in person the next day. I wasn’t pushed for payment and only paid after I had seen the watch and was completely happy. My In store experience was a very friendly and informative one. I highly recommend Box and Docs. The perfect buying experience.

I started by contacting Martin at box and docs to discuss the sale of my Rolex, within 1 hour I received a reply which I was impressed by as I had contacted other companies prior to box and docs and got a automated reply stating I would hear from them within 24 hours and yet even now I still haven’t received a reply!

Martin was friendly toward making the process of the sale as easy and stress less as possible, I couldn’t make it to their store due to work commitments but he went the extra mile to offer to come to my area which is over 1 hour away from the store at my convenience which I found very helpful, before coming to view the watch in person he gave me a rough estimate of the offer he would pay to buy my watch, he then completed the paperwork ready for me to view and accept depending on the accuracy of my details regarding the watch condition and necessary paperwork, he then travelled to where I was and looked over the watch in detail to establish the value and make any adjustments to the estimated offer if needed, he then offered the exact amount of the offer previously estimated which I was happy with, other companies would of offered less that estimated to make more money but Martin isn’t like that and he made me feel happy with the sale.

I highly recommend box and docs if you’re looking to sell your luxury watch, you won’t be disappointed with the service and their offers are very fair!
