The BQool Repricer really saves a lot of time in day-to-day business. Especially when you have many different products in your inventory, it makes pricing much easier and far more efficient.

What I like most is that it works reliably and sometimes even gets more out of the price than would realistically be possible manually. That is a real advantage in everyday operations.

One small downside is that the page can become noticeably slow when increasing the number of displayed items per page, for example from 50 to 200. That is something that could definitely be improved.

Other than that, I am very satisfied with the tool and see it as a genuine help for managing prices efficiently.

Bqool has been very easy to use, affordable prices and AI repricer in the basic plan which is very good to test.

The customer service is truly outstanding. Jimmy on live chat was wonderfully patient and answered every one of my questions in detail. His help was the reason I decided to try Bqool.

BQool Support is a joke. I asked why their software was undercutting myself and the lowest offer by $70, and they actually told me BQool is "designed" to make me lose money. When I asked for their contact to disputes or legal, they said they didn't have one.

There is no way I am going to pay for software that is admittedly designed to make me lose profit. Stay away if you care about your margins.

BQool calls this “AI Match Boost Profit,” but it’s clearly manual rule-based logic, not AI.

Everything is predefined:

Fixed behaviors for Buy Box, suppressed Buy Box, used items, backorders

Static actions like “Use Max Price,” “Use Min Price,” or “Do Not Reprice”

Manual Buy Box winner checkboxes (Amazon / FBA / FBM)

That’s not learning, not adaptive, not intelligent — it’s just if/else rules.

Worst part: when pricing becomes “unsafe,” BQool DEACTIVATES listings instead of pausing the repricer, which can hurt sales velocity and account health. A repricer should never deactivate listings.

No ROI awareness, no strategy understanding, no real AI.
I stopped using it.

It's really the worst repricer on the market. It's very confusing to use, does a lot of stuff without you knowing, and support is nonexistent. I don't recommend Bqool.

BQool has been a game changer for my Amazon business

I’ve been using BQool for a while now and it’s easily one of the best tools I pay for each month. The repricer works exactly as it should and updates fast. Once I took the time to learn the settings, I noticed my sales started moving more consistently and I won the Buy Box more often.

What I appreciate most is that the software doesn’t just race to the bottom like some other repricers. You can actually set smart rules that protect your margins.

Customer support has been excellent too. Whenever I had questions about how to structure my rules or link listings, they replied quickly and actually took the time to explain things clearly.

Overall, BQool has helped me save time and make better pricing decisions. It’s not perfect, but it does what it promises, and for me that’s worth it.

Bqool is a very interesting Ai repricer. I really like Inventory repricer

Just started selling on Amazon this year, and bqool was recommended for my repricer. So I signed up, I enjoyed the fact that I was able to schedule a quick 30mins walk through zoom call with one of their reps. The software does the work, im still learning the different option etc but I'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

I’ve been using BQool Repricer for a while now and it has completely transformed the way I manage my Amazon store. The AI repricer is incredibly fast and smart – it helps me win the Buy Box much more often without sacrificing my profit margins. I really like how customizable the settings are; I can create different strategies depending on the product and competition.

I have been using Bqool for years and it more than pays for itself by saving time and increasing sales. While testing other repricers I haven't seen the same sales velocity while not tanking prices to lose potential sales prices. Customer service has been great and continous training on the tool is always available. Very happy with using Bqool as part of my business.

Bqool is ok for the premium paid.
Could easily bring more improvements without any technical research, but I think they are not listening . Language issue, probably.
But altogether it is okay. I am depending on BQOOL only, and we do more than 2Million on Sales.

I have been using Bqool since June 2023, and during that time, Bqool has continued to evolve. I have tried other alternatives from time to time, but none of the other programs could offer me the same features at comparable prices. In my opinion, the AI rules are unrivaled and do exactly what I want them to do, depending on my selection. Since the end of 2024, I have been using almost exclusively the AI rules because they have become so good that I only use the manual rules in special exceptional situations. I am always surprised when one of the AI rules has once again managed to adjust the price at exactly the right moment to get the maximum selling price. If I had to find a negative aspect of Bqool, it would probably be switching between the different marketplaces. I would like to have a view where you can see all marketplaces directly and adjust prices at the same time. But that's complaining on a high level and only a personal reference; many of my colleagues, on the other hand, like the clear separation between the different marketplaces.

Ich nutze bqool nun schon seit über 1 Jahr und es ist meiner Meinung nach einer der besten Repricer. Manchmal gibt es zwar kleine Fehler im Repricing, aber im großen und ganzen geht das klar. Ich kann bQool nur weiter empfehlen.

I've been using BQool for the last few years. I tried other repricers but I can personally say this software is the best. There is a learning curve, but once you understand it (they have great tutorials) it's super easy to manage. I've used multiple levels of service and would recommend it for any Amazon business.

It’s already far behind its competitors as a repricer. Even though I’ve contacted them twice—without even getting a reply to the second message—it seems I’ll have to switch to another provider, despite still having 6 months left on my subscription. They never offer a refund, even when the mistakes are on their side.

Account is deleted after 90 days of inactivity, so you can't even log into your account to get receipts for tax purposes for the previous year. I emailed support, and they couldn't even help. Terrible customer service.

A really versatile piece of software that has helped me keep on top of repricing, helping me maximise profits and drastically reduce the amount of time I spend on this key task.

Overall BQool repricer does just what it says and makes the process of maintaining your pricing very quick and easy. There have been a few hiccups with the program that have not been resolved for me (API keeps disconnecting, fantom shipping charges show up in the repricing tool), but overall I would still recommend this program to anyone selling on Amazon's site.

In my opinion Bqool is the best repricer for amazon online arbitrage. Everything can be automated with file upload, inventory age rules and general setting. The AI rules are also really helpful. A must have for every seller.
