I purchased a knee brace from brace yourself last year. The customer service was great. I wanted to repurchase the same item this year from brace yourself but i found the product I was looking for cheaper elsewhere. I told Jeff, he got back to me quickly and price matched the product. What a pleasure this company has been to deal with! I needed a knee brace / support to help me in my journey back onto the hockey pitch, some months after knee surgery. I wasn't sure what sort of brace to buy, & ended up purchasing something that was uncomfortable [for me]. Jeff was so responsive - same day replies to my emails asking for help, with a no quibble willingness to exchange what I had bought for an alternative option, which arrived the very next day [& is amazing]! I can't thank Jeff and the team enough - absolutely outstanding customer service.

Absolutely wonderful customer service and an excellent product. I bought the elbow brace as I suffer from tennis AND golf elbow and am now totally pain free. From placing my order to follow up questions, communication has been first rate. I have recommended Brace-Yourself to several of my tennis friends and they have all bought the same product! Great products and superb service

The whole experience was great. Brace arrived next day. I didn’t have to take to my physio to fit it for me as instructions were really straightforward and adjusting it by myself was so simple. I had used bulky ones in past but none gave me the support I required. I wore it all day and didn’t have usual pain, I really recommend this support as it’s great.

Never experienced customer service like this, my order went to a pick up shop that I hadn't requested, needless to say I wasn't happy, contacted seller and they sorted replacements for next day delivery. I assume they recovered the products sent to the pick up shop. Brace-yourself will do their utmost to solve/rectify any issues with delivery.

I've been suffering with fairly constant pain in my hands caused by arthritis making gripping objects and handshakes particularly uncomfortable.
I started wearing the Incrediwear circulation gloves a few weeks ago. I'm finding that within minutes of putting them on my hands become more comfortable. The tips of fingers being exposed means they are wearable for many activities where touch is important (ie. using my phone, writing, etc.) and even though the fingers are exposed they, too, stay lovely and warm - the effect of the promised increased blood flow, I assume.
They do get grubby with frequent use but I hand wash them in a 'delicates' liquid and they come up good as new.
With so few effective treatments available for arthritic hands it's good to have these gloves for day to day comfort.

Ordered a forearm brace and patella knee support, measured by physiotherapist.Arrived 2 days later, both items too small,immediately phoned them Andy most helpful said there's no bigger size,authorised a refund.Thats when the helpfulness changes to arrogance/ignorance.Had to wait 15 working days for it to be processed & further 10 days to clear on credit card, as per there return policy which was shoved in my face continuously.The knee support itself was flimsy at best,same get off Temu/Ebay, just fraction of price,same with arm brace,very lightweight plenty of ventilation,but flimsy, one i got from hospital so much better. Physiotherapist totally shocked a poor aftersales & has removed them from his catalogue.I certainly wouldn't recommend especially at the high prices, would expect something that's a quality product..

Ordered late friday morning received saturday morning 10am. Cannot thank Jeff enough for making sure the parcel was sent out for delivery at my last minute request.

My order was dealt with very promptly
I ordered two braces of different sizes as advised by my physiotherapist. I returned one brace and was reimbursed
The service is great but the brace is amazing. I had a weekend in London and wore it on days when I was walking or standing for long periods of time
The difference it made to my knee was very noticeable. No pain or feelings of tiredness. Life can get back to normal now
I am off to Cornwall soon and will test out my cliff walking!

Have been using "ManuLoc" product for last 6 months. I chose this particular orthosis as both ulnar and radial deviation required stabilisation in addition to flexion. The product is very well designed, durable and has provided good stabilisation. It is well worth the price. I very rarely leave feedback on purchases but have done so because of the quality and efficacy to this product.

Excellent service from start to finish both online and by phone. Returns process was also quick and easy with excellent comms (product was great, just the wrong fit).

Exceptional quality of service.
First, I ordered the item very late afternoon on Tuesday, and assumed, as would be the case with most sellers, it would not be despatched until the following day, and I’d be lucky to receive it by Friday.
However, incredibly, it was despatched within 10mins of my order being placed, with the courier then confirming delivery for the next day (Wednesday).
Secondly, when there was a problem with the courier on Wednesday morning, and delivery was going to be delayed (for just one day), Jeff immediately, and without being asked, offered to arrange for delivery of a replacement item from another source to avoid risk of any further delay. I didn’t need that level of urgency so declined, but I was left feeling amazed and impressed by Jeff’s truly standout exceptional attitude to trying to help to ensure that I had the item as quickly as was humanly possible.
Jeff’s communication was also exceptional - friendly sincere, and aimed solely at getting the item to me.
This purchase has been a truly exceptional customer service experience and, whilst for obvious reasons I don’t want to have any future need to buy an injury support product, if I do have need or friends / family ask for recommendations, I will be recommending Jeff and Brace-Yourself without any hesitation.
Thirdly, I should add that the product seems excellent and will achieve its purpose.
