Excellent service,window installers,Darren & Neil,very friendly & ifficient.

Had my windows installed may last year, the service from the team on site was ok on day one, but some of the items were wrong and they ran out of time so had to come back the next day no show of anyone, rang office finally 2 different lads turned up finally fitted the windows.
A year later now one of the hinges has broken on my window, they said they would send someone out to repair, man turned up a week later to fix, couldnt fix it as the woman in the office ordered the wrong part the man said we can come back next week as they have it in stock in the yard.. 1 week later still not heard anything, woman on the phone when i rang was rude and told me she has to order it in.. so who was lying? My husband then got a call to say they now cant come out to repair until 28th august.. what a joke!
It shows so many good reviews but the staff are just rude and a let down. Would not recommend again to anyone!

All of our windows and doors have been installed by Brackenwood. Great value, great quality and always such pleasant fitters.

Rude staff who were totally disinterested in selling… we went in to obtain a quote and the saleman was offhand, dismissive and answered our questions with ‘dunno’.

Blaming the reviewer and Trustpilot shows no genuine interest in taking on feedback and resolving the issue. There is no vendetta, its simply based on a bad experience.

Initial contact was by phone from a number on the website. I was cut off. Tried again- cut off again. Emailed to ask if still in business. Was assured they still are and can they send someone over. Darren visited, I forwarded my drawings. Two weeks later not a word. No acknowledgement of receipt, drawings, quotes just silence. Rang to ask why and was invited to visit the showroom. Made the journey only to find Mike wasn't prepared and didn't have my drawings to hand. Some waiting later I suggested he ask Darren (who was in the room) for them. Unless I imagined it was sure I'd heard a verbal 17k quote on the phone (the reason to give them one last chance and find out more). Suspect they were looking at someone elses porch project because the quote for my extension changed to 50k. What a fiasco.

Brackenwood (Adam, James and Ricky) replaced the frame, windows and roof on an existing brick dwarf walled conservatory. Throughout they have proved to be hardworking, reliable and perfectionist in their approach to the job in hand. This is the second project completed by Brackenwood for me, and I have no hesitation in recommending the Company, their product and services.

I had a fantastic team of fitters in Martin and Chris, who were not only polite and respectful of my recently decorated home; but were exceptionally clean and tidy.

The windows look great and the standards to which Martin and Chris worked was exemplary.

Brackenwood rebuilt our conservatory in November 2023, replacing the windows & doors and installing a solid roof. During recent stormy weather one of the windows in our conservatory appeared to spring a leak - quite a lot of water ran down the inside of the window, pooled on the window sill and soaked into the adjacent plaster in a couple of places. It had never leaked in the previous 15 months, or since. I logged a service call with Brackenwood, who called the following day to arrange a date for their engineer to visit. Andrew McClelland duly arrived on the allotted day, and quickly found the cause of the leak. The stormy weather had blown heavy rain directly onto the lead flashing sealing the conservatory roof to the wall of the house, and rain has seeped behind it and into the conservatory above the window. Andrew sealed the whole area with sealant, so we shouldn't have any more problems. It hasn't rained heavily yet, but I'm confident he's made a good repair. Great service from Brackenwood, as before when they first rebuilt our conservatory - thanks Andrew !

Had a couple of issues arise over 8 years since installation of the front and back door. Reported to Brackenwood who responded promptly, resolving the issue completely.

Have previously dealt with other companies who try and wriggle out of their warranty obligations, so reassuring that Brackenwood are reputable.

We had Barry and Jamie come out and install French doors and 2 windows. Their workmanship was great and ensured everything was done to the highest standard. Great pair of lads, thank you.

Had a quote for a fairly small Edwardian conservatory 3x3m and although I didn't have an issue with the sales guy - he was lovely the price he quoted was absolutely extausionate. No way will I be paying £32,000!

Recently had our fascias, soffits and guttering replaced by Brackenwood and couldn't be happier with the result. Fair price for the work involved and great communication throughout. Geoff and Max who came to carry out the work were excellent and worked flat out to complete it all in a day.

We are going to use Brackenwood again for our new windows and doors in the near future, due to having such a positive experience.

We’ve just had our windows fitted by Chris and Martin. Very happy with the triple glazed windows . The house feels so much warmer and quieter now. Excellent workmanship and they left the house spotlessly clean. Brackenwood were recommended to me by family who were also very pleased with their work . I recently had the pleasure of working with Brackenwood Company for two projects: the installation of our conservatory and a dog flap. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their service! It’s truly an understatement to say they are reliable. From start to finish, they provided excellent service with a focus on quality and professionalism.

I want to highlight the fantastic crew, particularly Kaz, who is an amazing organizer. She was always there for us and never missed an opportunity to keep us in the loop throughout the entire process. Kaz is such a lovely lady, and her dedication made a significant difference in our experience.

I certainly would recommend Brackenwood from the time of sale and survey to the finish they delivered exactly what we wanted and at a high standard which we were promised, Lee and Jonny did a great job always on the job when they said they would be, and answered any questions or queries we had, and then the plaster finish by Matt was done really well, so in all really satisfied

We've used brackenwood several times, initially we got all our windows done, which we were very happy with. Recently we just had our extension done with large bi-fold doors and windows. Leroy & Kayne were our installers and they went above and beyond in also repairing some trim on other doors that were damaged during the extension work.

It seems many builders will tell you "all the windows come from the same place, brackenwood is too expensive, just order cheap ones". We made this mistake when doing our loft conversion and the cheaper windows had definately not come from the same place. The quality was noticably lower than brackenwood.

Brackenwood might be more expensive, but their quality and after sale service is top notch.

Had issues with the fitting of our windows but to be fair Brackenwood did sort this and kept in touch, albeit a month or so before sorted.
There are small blemish like spots on our front window inside the glass - only visible at an angle (apparently told this is normal so may not be a Brackenwood issue)
Triple glazing has made the room a little warmer but we are disappointed with the noise - no reduction at all - a real shame as this was something we were hoping for

Conservatory was £50k, built before I moved in. Transferred the guarantee which is tantamount to useless as doesn't cover labour costs!! Got a lovely big leak which they tried to blame on gutters not being cleared, which I finally proved wasn't the case. Gutters are also useless, too small, they gave me a stick and said to clear with that can't even access the gutters. Useless.
