Fraude, dissimulation du tarif réel
L'offre est mensongère, site frauduleux au niveau du tarif. Le test lui-même est très superficiel. On vous présente un test à 0,50€, on vous dirrige immédiatement vers le paiement CB, avec un grand bouton vert " payer 0,50€ et obtenir mon Qi" sauf que la petite case obligatoire ne mentionne pas la durée de l'essai qui est dans la majorité des cas, de 14 jours. On se dit alors, que ça sera le cas ici.
Ensuite, ils vous prélèvent de 19,52 euros car la période d'essaiétait de 48 heures !! Site frauduleux.

The company charged 39,90€ without any information
The company asked for 0,50 € for results of the test. However, without my knowledge they started paid account using my data and after two weeks they charged me 40 euros.
It was a problem to find where in my "account" I should find that information to stop any paid things.
I was not informed about anything. Just found the payment accidentally.

Don't trust any offers of proper solution in the comments. I have already submitted request for refund two months ago and I was rejected.
In spite of the fact that Terms and conditions in the email were not in my national language! while the rest of the mail was.

Don't complain, CLAIM!
An absolute scam. And having their offices in the UK, they are subject to English law, which entitles users to a 14-day (not a 48 hour) period to unsubscribe. In their refusal to refund, they cite Article L-121-28 of the French (!) Consumer Code which is not a valid article. And under EU legislation, a consumer's right to withdraw from a distance contract cannot be waived because such clauses are null and void, meaning that any attempt to bypass it is invalid. This right, also known as the right to cancel or cooling-off period, allows consumers to return goods or cancel services within 14 days for any reason. Finally, in order to unsubscribe, Brain Institute even oblige you to accept additional "Terms & conditions", which is a totally illegal hindrance. Moral: Don't complain, CLAIM! I claimed, brandishing the foregoing arguments and they've just refunded me 5 days later.

Avoid at all cost... totally dupe people with a £0.50p charge but underhanded they are signing you up for a subscription without clearly stating it. I didn't realize until I noticed 39.90 gone from my bank

Se avete voglia di misurare il QI da questo sito, sappiate che vi sottoporranno inizialmente il costo di 0,5€ ma vi ritroverete l'accettazione implicita di un abbonamento mensile di 39,90€ che sarete costretti a disdire esplicitamente.
E' vero, è scritto nelle condizioni di utilizzo, ma chi legge una sezione posta in fondo ad una pagina web, accessibile attraverso link scritto in piccolo ed in grigio?
Non una comunicazione post-acquisto.
Non c'è chiarezza nè trasparenza al momento del pagamento visto che mostrano il costo del test effettuato ma NON dell'abbonamento collegato.
Se provate ad inviare una richiesta di contatto via email, rispondono dopo due secondi, respingendo la richiesta (BOT).
Il contatto telefonico è un telefono cellulare francese (?).

TRUFFA. Ho on-line il test sul QI, pagando euro 0,50. Poi mi hanno addebitato altri 39,90 (che eraano comparsi sul mio c/c in modo strano, scritti in rosso e con la dicitura "IN SOSPESO"; ho immediatamente telefonato alla banca ecc..
Dopo l'effettuazione del test mi avevano inviato altre mail "Ultima possibilità il tuo certificato scade domani ecc.". Ho risposto raccontando della banca ecc.; mi hanno risposto che vaevano cancellato il mio abbonamento (!). Invece...

Esta página web es una estafa , por favor tengan mucho cuidado con pagar los 39,99 euros después de las 48 horas, es mejor cancelarlo antes del tiempo estimado, lo mas extraño de todo esto, es que nunca recibes una notificación a tu gmail debido a tu pago automático. Tomarlo en cuenta .

Test ridículo me pareció sospechoso a sin que me iba a negar hacer el pago cuando leí la letra pequeña estaba en lo cierto pedían un pago mensual no es el primero sitio online que a la hora de pagar ponen en letra pequeña o no lo ponen directamente que habrá un pago automático mensual es ilegal eso y si reclamáis seguramente os devuelvan el dinero pero porfavor no pagáis nada a este tipo de páginas la mayoría esconde grandes pagos mensuales que os va hacer muy difícil de cancelar

A uns dias atrás eu e meu marido fizemos teste de QI que seria 0,50€ para ter o certificado. Não falava nada nos termos do cartão no pagamento que teria nenhuma cobrança se quer a mais após o pagamento de 0,50€. Pois bem fizemos o pagamento do mesmo e após uns dias começaram várias tentativas de cobrança do site de 39,90€.
Uma dessas cobranças conseguiu ser efetuada! Nos cobraram então 39,90€ após perceber a cobrança entramos em contato e disseram que não vão devolver o valor pois está nos termos que foram aceitos.
Pois bem aqui está a prova que não tem nada nos termos… apenas a cobrança única de 0,50€. Nos tiraram os 39,90€ de forma ridícula e não querem devolver.

Un sito di veri delinquenti
Un sito che usa metodi truffaldini per ottenere pagamenti in modo del tutto fraudolento. Cominci col fare un test del QI, quando termini il test ti viene chiesto un pagamento di €0,50, che sul momento sembra anche congruo per un servizio online come quello. ATTENZIONE!! Senza accorgertene sottoscrivi un contratto per un abbonamento mensile del costo sbalorditivo di €39,90. Davvero incredibile il modo di operare di questo sito, certamente il metodo per carpire la fiducia dei poveri ed ignari navigatori del web che volevano soltanto fare un test QI. Inoltre, cosa offrirà mai un servizio al prezzo di quasi 40 Euro al mese, probabilmente non lo scopriremo mai, purtroppo ho il dubbio che sia solamente un modo pre truffare le persone in modo creativo. Il mio QI di ben 150, da vero genio, serve per convincermi a fare i loro inutili giochetti o ha qualcosa di reale? Purtroppo credo che il risultato sia del tutto falso e dunque completamente inutile. Non fate test del QI online, non fatelo!

After completing a test, I paid 0.50 euro for the result, as a result I got charged for month after this amount of 39.90 euro a month, because accepted a small text that says, when you accept this payment you accept a subscription. They never informed about payment they sent to my bank, I never got email with something saying about this payment.
They refused to refund.
Avoid these scammers!
upd. My bank aknowledged this as scam and canceled transfer, returning me my money.
