They make you think you are buying test analysis for $1 but they secretly start charging you a $24.99 monthly subscription. No emails, no account, just a charge that if you are lucky will notice in your bank statement. Dispute the unauthorized subscription with the bank and they should refund you, then what happened to me was brainwiki will send an email (the first one they ever sent) confirming refund and cancellation with a “sorry to see you go” message. It is a scam and they just return the money to those that dispute via the bank.

I went on brain wiki to do a one dollar IQ test and they have been charging my bank $25 every month that I never consented too. If you go on the website you will be charged. I should have read reviews before I went on. It’s just hard to believe that a company could be so deceptive.

Paid 1$ never got any reports just get stuck on a page that says don't refresh but never get to showing you the results of thr test you just paid for

Fully untrustworthy site …they state that’s a free, and they’re correct… and yes, the test is free … the results well that’s a whole Nother matter… it is designed and meant to be misleading…
And they’re not just looking to give you a result for a one time fee… no no no no no so much more to manipulate miss lead so that you can choose to get charged month-to-month.. now is the time to:

I signed up for a 1 dollar test. I then received a 24.99 cent bill. My Credit Union flagged it, and I cancelled the payment.
They are a scam, a”billing factory”. In my opinion, crooks.

I take their IQ test. They make me pay $1, and I oblige. Before revealing my score they ask for my home address and phone number (I gave them the White House address and the FBI HQ phone number). A week later my bank calls me to let me know they blocked a “fraudulent” transaction of $25 by brainwiki, and I had to cancel my card. Scam company.

They are thieves. Flat out. I did not authorize a charge of 24.99, but I get charged at 2:30 in the morning. I don't even want to revisit their website because it feels like it's filled with virus landmines. Reading the other reviews, I now see that it's pointless. I will go the way of others and report the fraud to my bank.

It said the test was free. I wouldn't have wasted my time taking it if I knew I would have to pay for it to get results. I don't like disingenuousness.

Beware. This website is a total scam. I’ve called them 3 times to cancel a $24.99 charge from them I didn’t authorize. Website says it’s $1 for results but that’s totally not true. They still haven’t refunded the money and I will find a way to report them and hopefully shut them down.

They speak of mental growth, but all I grew was frustration and financial anxiety from unexplained payments.

The “personalized feedback” is a copy-paste of vague motivational phrases attached to a hidden monthly charge.

False Advertising: claims to be free but then adds a hidden fee at the end.

Cannot cancel this after two months.

Their analytics section is pure theatre: looks clever, says nothing, costs too much. A psychological illusion that hurts your finances.

The platform feels manipulative—colorful charts and fake metrics designed to look intelligent while silently draining your wallet.

If I could give zero stars I would… took a $1 quiz to be then put on a $24.99 subscription out of nowhere… and when I tried to go login to my account… nothing! Doesn’t give an error message, just nothing, refreshes to the exact login page I was just at!

Absolute scam. They said it was a one time $1 charge then the charged me $24.99. Do not fall for their crap.
