If I could give a negative star, I would-I took the one dollar IQ test and overnight before I woke up they had billed me 24.99-I have called at least four or five times and emailed them numerous times each time being told that my subscription was canceled and my refund would be sent within 3 to 5 days-I called yesterday and I was told my subscription was canceled and my refund would be sent within 3 to 5 days

Do not give them any money-it’s a total scam and I am contacting my bank for fraud

I signed up out of curiosity and regret it deeply. Brainwiki is boring, deceptive, overpriced, and completely unhelpful. It’s nothing but false promises.

Cancelation process is deliberately complicated. They make it nearly impossible to stop charges, leaving you stuck paying for garbage content.

I wanted to sharpen my brain but instead sharpened my anger. Delivers recycled puzzles, fake analytics, and a subscription trap you can’t escape.

Hides behind scientific jargon to disguise useless games. It’s manipulative, overpriced, and offers nothing of real value for serious learners.

I feel robbed. Brainwiki offered a free test but quickly turned into hidden charges, fake insights, and no response to complaints. Dishonest and cruel.

Brainwiki charges high fees for empty promises. The system is outdated, progress graphs fake, and every interaction feels like a calculated manipulation.

What a nightmare. The games freeze, the subscription renews without notice, and the customer service doesn’t exist. Brainwiki left me angry and deceived.

They state “faster reactions,” but software lag and UI delays ruin the experience entirely.

Mobile experience is clunky. On phone, buttons misalign, response time suffers. Frustrating for daily users.

I visited the site because I've never done an IQ test, and they advertised theirs at $1. The test was incredibly short (done in 5-10 mins) and even for my first time seemed incredibly shallow for a paid test, even for $1. This is where my real problems began. I was repeatedly charged $25 after my initial confirmed charge of $1 for the test. I had not revisited the site. I had not been charged previously for this or made any action to provide for this/these charges. Thanks to chase fraud alert I was able to cancel 2 of 3 charges, one still being pending. All were traceable directly back to brainwiki.com; emailing them will not help you, calling their incompetent service line will not help you. If you have this problem, you must log back in to cancel the subscription that was likely NOT disclosed to you, even during the payment process. Otherwise, DO NOT VISIT THIS SITE 😭 (This review was written in the midst of an intense rage towards the unrivalled most dull-witted nincompoop of a service person in existence on their line)

The “achievement certificates” are worthless. Digital trophies that mean little when skills do not improve.

Free version sells illusion of value, then pushes paywall aggressively. Feels manipulative.

Subscription cost isn’t transparent up front. I only saw the monthly fee after multiple clicks.

I feel brainwiki takes advantage of people wanting self-improvement, charging for comfort rather than results.

Trainer says “adapts,” but adapts poorly. Either too easy or too frustrating, never just right.

Tests don’t challenge deeply. After several tries, I saw minimal growth in any cognitive domain.

Emails about “your progress” are clearly marketing; they try to keep you subscribed.

Expensive membership, minimal difference. Expected sharper memory, quicker reactions; got little.

Free period is short; after that full price kicks in without fair notice. Unethical in my view.
