Do not order from them!! Ordered items that were posted as ships immediately and never received them after 4 weeks. I was able to dispute the order with my cc company and bravest almost immediately refunded me. Won’t be buying from them again!

Don’t order from here they will still your money. My purchase was never shipped and they lie to the claims and dispute some how they don’t throughly investigate

J'ai été débitée au bout de quelques jours.
Sur mon espace rien ne bougeait. Jusqu'au 3 octobre où un étiquette avait été créée. Et après plus rien.... j'ai envoyé plusieurs mails au service client, qui répondait toujours les mêmes choses (sans doute des réponses faites par l'IA).
Bref début novembre j'ai reçu un nouveau mail me disant une nouvelle fois qu'une étiquette avait été créée (différente de celle du mois d'octobre tant qu'à faire !)...et puis après plus rien. Jusqu'à fin novembre où, après un nouveau mail de ma part, l'article était prêt à être expédié. Heureusement que j'avais un numéro de suivi ! S'en est suivi un petit tour du monde : Californie > Jamaïque > New York > et enfin la France ! Avec une petite surprise en prime : les fameuses taxes de dédouanement bien sûr ! Encore 20 euros à débourser !
Aujourd'hui nous sommes le 10 décembre, j'ai enfin reçu mon colis, commandé je le rappelle le 20 août ! En espérant que la taille correspondra bien !
J'ai bien cru ne jamais les recevoir et m'être fait avoir de 117 euros.
Jamais plus je ne commandrai sur ce site, c'est juste pas possible d'attendre pratiquement 4 mois pour une paire qu'on avait commandé pour la rentrée scolaire ! A défaut mon fils les aura pour Noël !

Prennent largent mais n'envoient pas les articles et refusent de rembourser. Du vol a l'état pur. Fuyez!

It took a while to received it. Shipping and taxes were expensive and product was cheap. Felt like a temu order 😭
Hard to have an answer for a return, to finally don't have the possibility to get refunded, watch out the policies 👍

Horrible customer service horrible communication. They purposefully don’t follow up with you to support their no refunds no cancellations policy. This should be a clear red flag. You know you create a crappy product and have aweful service if you’re not willing to help your customers.

Steer clear of this company. They’re shady as the day is long. Not to mention they are wayyyy too expensive for the sh*t they produce.

I placed an order 7/18 and it’s 11/21 and I still have not received my package. FYI there is no refunds or cancellations so they basically steal and hold your money. I have over 100 emails that went no where begging for refunds, cancellation, or hell send me a different color If this one is delayed but nothing. I finally get this fake tracking number they sent 10/28 but it never updated and Amazon was suppose to be the deliverer. When I reached out to Amazon they stated the sender never gave the package to the carrier so Amazon never received. Now mind you I have 4 or 5 emails before reaching out to Amazon on 11/15 stating the shipment was on its way. They knew they never sent anything off… all the communication is to give you to run around and for them to do the bare minimum to not have an influx of lawsuits.

I ordered 3 months ago and have not received my purchase. I received a tracking number that went nowhere. I am letting the credit card company deal with that. I have disputed the charge and hopefully they will give me a refund.

These people took my money and I never received a valid tracking number so I wasn’t able to receive any updates on my package nor did they ever email a confirmation! My package was supposed to be sent and I never got it! Now I don’t know how I’ll get my money back because they haven’t even attempted to contact me back yet. Scandalous as hell!

Ordered in mid September for my boyfriend’s birthday. While customer service was extremely helpful and kind there ended up being an issue with shipping and everything. Received my order today, seems high quality and love the packaging BUT wasn’t received in the correct color. Extremely frustrating considering I waited 2 months for something I thought would take a week/2 weeks max. Then to receive the wrong color for something that was supposed to be a gift, let alone paying $140 for it just sucks.

I ordered a pair of their “Clay” shoes on September 26th. They were advertised as premade and ready to ship. It’s now November 4th, and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve reached out multiple times for updates and got nothing but excuses and runarounds. Their customer service is completely useless and unprofessional. This company is an absolute joke and a disgrace to the fashion community.

Filing a lawsuit on them. Created a shipping label,then never sent the package. Dont get scammed by these Crooks.

Ordered in June. Site said shipping was the following month then that was changed until August. They finally arrived late September. The site recommends sizing and they make it very clear that women should get 2 sizes smaller - this felt odd and as I’m so far away for shipping I thought better these are a bit bigger so went 1 size smaller. When they arrived they are way too small. Like how can this suggested sizing be so wrong. They don’t take returns, exchanges or refunds, so basically you end up with very very expensive shoes that you can’t wear or do anything with. This company shouldn’t sell,online if they don’t offer a service for sizing returns. I am in Australia, there is no chance a company here would be allowed to not exchange or return. It is illegal here to not accept returns and exchanges for sizing. I just assumed it would be the same so my bad for not checking this and the reviews. I needed to only look at the reviews and no way I would have ordered….something I normally always do but this company seemed reputable online, but they are not. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING WITH THEM ONLINE.

Les relances de commande n'aboutissent à rien : toujours les mêmes réponses et pas de remboursement. Ça fait un mois que j'ai commandé des baskets sans rien recevoir, même pas de suivi comme indiqué au moment de la commande...

Ne pas commander sur ce site, c'est une arnaque totale. JE DECONSEILLE, ARNAQUE
J'ai fait une commande le 20 aout et je n'ai pas reçu mes chaussures. je n'ai pas de mail justifiant d'un envoi comme indiqué sur le site.
Lorsque j'envoie un message, on me répond que ma commande a été traitée mais je n'ai aucune confirmation officielle d'un envoi et suivi de commande.
L'argent a été débité et ils ne veulent rien savoir.
Dialogue de sourd, arnaque totale.

Procédure de litige en cours. Commande passée le 11 août, nous sommes le 15 septembre et les chaussures ne sont toujours pas livrées. Délai de 15 jours pour la livraison non respecté. J ai envoyé plusieurs mails pour avoir un suivi de commande, aucune date d expédition n’est annoncée et ils refusent d’annuler la transaction alors même que nous n’avons reçu aucun mail qui indique que le colis a été expédié comme ils le prévoyaient dans le mail de confirmation de commande.
Je décommande au plus haut point ce site.

En lisant les avis sur Internet, je m'attendais à recevoir le colis deux ou trois mois après mais voici mon expérience.
J'ai acheté le Runner Loafer en noir le 5 août et l'ai reçu le 30 août. La qualité est plutôt bien, ce sont des chaussures qui sont détaillées. Quant à la taille, j'ai pris la taille que je prend d'habitude chez les autres marques comme Nike ou New Balance, les pieds sortent un peu en marchant mais j'imagine que ça vient du fait que ce soit des loafers.
Au niveau de la boîte, je pense qu'ils auraient pu faire un effort dessus mais c'est déjà mieux que rien

If its possible I'd give them a zero. I tried to cancel or get a refund hours after I ordered. I realized the shipping address was no longer valid. They refused to cancel or refund. NEVER order directly from Bravestudios. Go through Amazon or another reputable sitge.
