Honestly the quality for the price is not good, mine don’t even look like the Cudi’s they posted. The box was crammed into a box that barely fit. And the shoe box itself is mediocre for how they made it look. They posted first 200-400 orders get a shirt or keychain or both. I ordered right when the shoes dropped, but somehow didn’t make the cut yeah right. Let alone the ready to ship sign yet took 3 weeks lol SCAMMY, unfortunately another Cudi miss on this merch.

I bought the cathedral jeans and I was so excited about them. They are men’s jeans and I’m a tall girl (5’9”) but they were still WAY too short. On the model, they pool at the bottom and touch the ground, but they hit my ankles. They run VERY small in the waist. The quality was also much worse than I expected. The graphic is just printed on, the picture made it look much higher quality as if it were embellished on the jeans. Since they were too short for me, I contacted customer service about returning them but they were unhelpful and wouldn’t even offer me store credit; apparently all of their items are final sale so be mindful of that when buying from them. The way the customer service representative responded to me it seemed like they hadn’t even fully read my email. I won’t be buying anything from this company again.

If this business model is legal, it shouldn’t be. I ordered a pair of shoes from bravest in early November. They shoes were specifically advertised as pre-made, and they were promised to “ship fast”. After about a week I realized this was not going to be the case. I emailed them civilly asking for a refund, stating that I suspected the shoes were not in fact “pre made” and that they were using the money I and others had sent to fund the production of the shoes. Again, these had been specifically marketed as a pre-made item. They denied me a refund at that time. I emailed them back telling them I would contact my bank, as well as the better business bureau, and I spammed their instagram page with comments and messages until they finally did cancel my order and refund me the money. Long story short - this brand is now my enemy. I love fashion, creativity, and streetwear. I hate bravest studios. Here’s the bravest formula ;
Step 1.
Bite a trendy design from some other brand and change it enough that you might not get sued (they still get sued anyway)
Step 2.
Produce a few samples and give them to notable quirky instagram fashion guys like beenslackin or the McDonald’s nugget guy or whatever. Pretend people are gonna be using bots to cop it. Generate fake hype
Step 3.
“Drop” the item. The customer thinks they’re ordering an item as you would at most other online stores. Most of these drops don’t tell you you’re actually funding the production, and that they won’t be ready for 2-3 months at least. Sometimes they just straight up lie about having the items in hand already. Once this order is ready (likely in 2-3 months, potentially longer) I suspect the packages are drop shipped from china.
Step 4.
Having collected the money, they now place an order for production. They order the lowest amount possible to fulfill the order so they can maximize profits. This is why they’re so squirrely about even exchanging sizes if something doesn’t fit; they often don’t have any physically in stock at all.
Step 5
Once the inevitable emails start rolling in, simply hold off unhappy customers by continually telling them their item is shipping shortly, even if they know it hasn’t even been created yet.

Eventually, I do believe most people receive a cheap item that at least vaguely resembles what they thought they were buying in the first place. That doesn’t make what this company does not a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM BRAVEST STUDIOS.

i read so many reviews AFTER I placed the order which convinced me this website and the whole company was nothing more than a SCAM...not received items, delayed deliveries, etc.

i can confirm that patience helps in this case and don't give up just yet! I was emailing the team almost every day and pushing a lot before I got my tracking number
they were very responsive and even offered to refund me after like a ?? 2 week ongoing conversation we had
BUT! my order arrived after 2 months of long wait and I could not be happier! it is not a scam, even though delivery time is extremely long and exhausting

Completely unreliable. Ordered sneakers mid October and today (Jan 9) still nothing. When in contact with C/S only generic answers that says nothing. Avoid at all costs

Same as everyone else. Ordered shoes, site stating they are ready to ship and will be sent out immediately upon ordering. No shoes, no refund. All email responses from the company are generic, “item will be shipped shortly from our warehouse”. Others who ordered from them state the company does not actually have the items on hand, but rather uses the money from customer’s orders to fund the production. Some receive their orders months later, some not at all.

My weird brother wanted the weird bear claw slippers for Christmas. On their website it states that they will be shipped 5-7 working days. I ordered on the 2nd December. Needless to say they never arrived for Christmas so my brother was left disappointed being the only one who did not recieve a present. It’s now 7th Jan and still nothing. DESPITE EMAILS BEING SENT AND IGNORED MULTIPLE TIMES. THEY HAVENT EVEN BEEN DISPATCHED STILL! £100 down the drain I’ve truly been scammed. Not until I went looking for reviews I saw this page of everyone who have had similar experiences, HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH IT THEY NEED SHUTTING DOWN and better yet ARRESTED FOR FRAUD!

Order Nov 25th, it's now Jan 2nd. After multiple emails that say nothing real. I JUST found this site and realized I got scammed too.. no place to leave a review.. on their site, google, etc. Warn everyone! I started a charge back, but this place now has my CC info and I'm pretty sure the owner Andrew Xu is an educated software engineer and this site isn't really what it claims to be. Def need to be canceled.
Plus they disappointed my sweet son when he didn't actually get the coveted, and highly overpriced, silly, giant toenail slippers that he begged and waited patiently for until Xmas. That makes me angrier than the trouble to do the charge back. Watch your back Andrew Xu.
Omg, Andrew XU!? That's pronounced SHOO!! Of course this is a scam, run by someone claiming their name is ANDREW SHOE!? Took me a second, but even that is BS. I'd be impressed by the clever fake name if I wasn't so pissed off. ANDREW XU "SHOO", still watch your back. Lol.

I placed my order December 13 and I still don’t have my package every time I send them a message they keep saying the same thing they keep saying my package left their warehouse so I called usps and they said they never received any packages for me … I placed my order December 13 and todays date is December 29 and I still don’t have my order or the usps postal don’t have it … bravest studio I a scam u have to go threw hell to try getting a refund that’s what I called my bank because they’ll get my money back life sure but my advise for any first time buyer with bravest studio to no spend your money with them and you regret it…

Liars. Scammers. Always scamming customers - promising to ship items on time and promising refunds or promotions and never following through. We will all file a class action lawsuit. The owners of bravest need to go to prison.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I only ordered bc my son wanted something for Xmas. Ordered in Dec 1 and it was being processed until Dec 20. I emailed the company FIVE times before all of this and they always said “it will be shipped shortly”.
It finally got a tracking number on the 21st and it has been sitting in Las Vegas since. It won’t be here by Christmas, can’t cancel my order and and customer service is not helpful. When someone pays 13.00 for shipping I would expect it to ship promptly.
As a retailer, this is considered a money grab and I will NOT order again from Bravest Studios and would never recommend them to anyone who asks.

Never again will I order with them again. They took OVER month to ship my items. It said “ready to ship” but wasn’t. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything with them unless you dont mind waiting over a month and then when its finally shipped it still takes the longest to arrive.

I am located in Canada and the shipping of my order was 31$USD which is insane since they have never shipped any package. I have been waiting for 4 weeks now and for that price of shipping, it should have been arrived the same day I ordered. Contacted the Bravest company and said my order was on delivery … still nothing. Contacted APCs company at least 3 times, they don’t even deign to answer. Service is AWFULL for both side. No delivery and no refund, you’ll be soon sued in justice.

They clearly say ‘Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery’ and swear to god they never send. How could this kind of company live? As the others say, they keep saying it will dispatch shortly, there is nothing to hold your purchase, your order is confirmed etc etc, and 2 months, nothing… if I wrote another email they would still say the same thing for sure. I am waiting a little longer then I will claim a fraud to PayPal. I really wished I hadn’t come across them and they are one of the biggest reasons why I quit using instagram.

P.S.
Even though they said they would despatch my purchase which had been ordered on 25th Oct, they never showed any sign of despatch at 5th Dec so I escalated my claim to PayPal so they tried to contact them they never responded, and ending up in PayPal giving me a refund. Really no response even though they have been doing marketing on instagram and emails. Cannot believe it PayPal should now know they are a fraud account.

Wish I can do no stars they do not deliver your package at a timely manner I’ve been back & forth thru email for the past 2 months about my package & they kept saying it’ll be shipped out shortly. Now mind you first time buying here & I use to see on instagram a lot but really they possibly can be a scam . Wouldn’t trust or purchase from here EVER!

I wish I can post pictures of the email thread which seems to be ai.. seeing as u keep getting same message over and over.. long story short they advertise a time frame for shipping and the product never comes as you email you get this run around about how it should send shortly and it never comes.. its a vicious cycle.. regardless of the ai email responses I threatened to expose them publicly in which I’m still going to do is been months since I placed order.. still nothing.. I suggest you avoid this company at all costs and if you’ve been scammed by them go to their instagram and comment everyday and under the influencers they collaborate with about how they are a SCAM that doesn’t send the product.

I wish I could give them no stars. Horrible company. Scam!! Take your money without sending product. When reached out to customer service several times, I got the same letter back stating will ship shortly. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
