Almost 2 months I placed an order and till to today it’s still not shipped

never received my order it's been 3 months now

you have to wait it’s a self owned brand that is extremely popular….think of supreme but less workers. They are most likely handling the creation process slower than usual but, brave always ships…yes it takes a while but you WILL receive what you ordered. You guys are spamming them are going to get blocked for harassment on their part so easily. I have friends who bought boots bags and hats and have received them all but in a 3-6 months wait. Which is expected since this are 1of1 pieces. I just purchase the air pack bag and already received tracking. Just wait stop spamming you will be block and get nothing in return but anger.welocme to the world

Avoid This Brand – Dishonest and Unprofessional

I ordered a pair of shorts from Bravest Studios on June 9 and it was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The website advertised a specific shipping date, but the item was delayed for over a month with no communication, no alert, nothing.

When I contacted customer service to request a refund (since the shipping date on their site was clearly false advertising), they refused every time. I only got any action after I disputed the charge with Affirm. While the dispute was still active, Bravest Studios cancelled my order; they did NOT refund me.

It’s now been over a month since they cancelled my order, and no refund has been processed. Affirm says they haven’t received a refund from Bravest Studios, and Bravest Studios is claiming there was a “chargeback” (completely false) as an excuse not to return my money.

This brand is dishonest, unprofessional, and has zero regard for their customers. They will delay your order without warning, refuse refunds, and then play games to avoid giving your money back. Shop anywhere else—your wallet will thank you.

celà fait 3 mois que j'ai un problème avec ma commande et malgret mes relances, rien ne bouge

Mon produit a mis + de temps que prévu a arriver (1mois de plus) et une fois arrivé je n'ai PAS été notifié de son arrivé, le tout combiné a un site mal indiqué, ma commande est reparti sans que je ne m'en rende compte ou même ne soit allerter (alors que j'avais bien fourni toutes mes coordonnées).

Depuis je discute par mail avec l'équipe pour trouver une solution, redonne mes coordonnées, elle me les confirme mais rien est renvoyé et on m'indique que ma commande a bien été livré, je regarde où : au Etats Unis !! Je suis en France, dois-je faire le déplacement pour les chercher ?? J'ai juste l'impression que bravest studio a mon argent et le produit de retour chez eux et qu'ils font trainer la chose pour garder les 2 ?

Garbage clothing . Ordered deep purple mules received hot pink cheapest quality ever and the shipping times are a lie. Support is as useless as my decision to order from that store.

It’s a scam.
They sent me the wrong size after making me wait for more than a month for them to send the shoes I ordered. I contacted them saying that they were in the wrong because they sent me the wrong size, thus refunding me is the minimum they can do since the mistake is on their side.
After saying that could proceed to exchange the shoes for another size, I got an email saying that would not refund or exchange the shoes because of their policy. Even though they sent me the wrong size to begin with.
Do not purchase anything from them.

I would give this company Zero stars terrible customer service all false advertisements says shoes ships immediately but its been almost 3 months and still nothing they dont respond to support emails please save your money and never shop with these scam artists

Be patient my friends. They are indeed legit. I emailed them one time and they hit me back within a day with a shipping number. Took two months but I’m happy my items came through.

The seller didn’t send the ordered boots and refuses to return money, explaining that the order is still in process. 3 month passed since then.
With previous orders everything was okay. That’s why current situation is completely incomprehensible for me. If you don’t have some items in stock, what is the problem to cancel the order and make a refund???

Absolute garbage plastic sold. Shoes smell of strong chemicals. Little to no customer service. They are not transparent about shipping or custom duties costs to outside of USA customers. Even after directly placing the order, i requested the cancellation but they never listened.

I placed my order before reading the reviews and thought I had been scammed. But after a long wait, I finally received my pair of shoes. The design is very cool, but the shipping took a long time.

We’re approaching 6 months now and I still haven’t received my order, they’ve lying to me for months, do not buy from them they have other brands on instagram like Kito ware just as terrible.

I placed an order on 2/28 (W31854197) and have not received my order or a refund. Customer service confirmed that they are tracking my order but i still have not received it. I have been told multiple times that it is coming but its been almost 3 months. Customer service is not helping. I ordered the chief halo boots size 13/14 and the link said that it should ship immediately. I really wanted this product but the merchant is now being unresponsive. I was scammed me out of my hard earned money.

I wanted to believe in this company so badly. They have some fire clothes and shoes. But they need to get their stuff together. If you don’t have the stuff in stock, just listed as not available. Ordered one pair of shoes May 9 and it’s April 10 and I still have not even received a tracking number. Very disappointed. I even asked to decent a different pair of shoes, any that they had in stock in my size and they couldn’t even do that. I have no idea what’s going on up there but they need to get it together

I got both a bear trapper hat and bear clogs from them and shipping and tracking went smooth and came in just 4 days, shipping was also accurate and delivered with care no scams totally legit seems like u just have to pay attention to items that are and aren't on preorder

The shoe sizing from US to EU isn't correct. Ordered a pair of shoes in EU 47, which in the site says is equal to US 14. Shoes arrive and then when I go read underneath the tounge of the shoe, it says US 14 AND EU 49. So they got it 2 sizes wrong in this case.

Sad company with only purpose is to sell generic shit and get paid for it.

Orded colthes at bravest and already waiting 1,5 month…. They wont give me back my money or help me to figure it out. Bad place to buy stuff!

I paid 108 for the pre-sale hat and waited a month, then they sold it on the website for 55 dollars. A SCAM COMPANY

Worst experience ever!! They take your money and never ship the item. I m waiting for 1.5 month now. They re not even capable to answer to an email proprely at their customer service. This brand is a fraud, to avoid!!!
