This is my second year with Bright!Tax and from the first moment I met Melissa via the video consultation call to filing my taxes for the second year with them, the team with Melissa and Flor have been nothing but professional, thorough, and kind. Have been using Melissa at Bright!Tax For the past few years to file my taxes (I’m based in Australia). The team are very responsive and were really helpful when I was starting with them and had lots of questions (especially about superannuation vs 401(k)). They also automatically applied for a filing extension for me when I was delayed getting info to them during a family health emergency.
