I ordered 4 dining chairs in December on line. £513 was taken immediately. I then received an email saying the chairs are discontinued and cannot get anymore. They offered alternatives but they were not suitable so I requested a refund. Despite 6 emails chasing my refund and several attempts at phoning I never received my money back. They never answered emails or answered their phone. I reported them to my bank who looked into the matter and I eventually got my money refunded by the bank. Do not use this company.

Great egg chair, excellent quality, I’ve had it for over 3 years and im still in love with it!

Like all the others this company has not delivered the sofas we paid for in advance we have got a court judgement but they still seem to be avoiding the notice and contact

I have been waiting over 14 months to get my money back and still nothing after repeated messages sent to them.
I believe the good reviews are just scammers faking it.
DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Do not buy from this company!

Last year I purchased a sofa they said this would be delivered within 6 weeks.
I never received a confirmation email of purchase. I tried to to get hold of the company and they said it would be delivered within 12 weeks.
I still haven’t received the furniture and it has been nearly a year. They don’t respond to any email and do not take any calls.

Do not buy from this company it’s clearly someone scamming people out of money pretending to sell furniture.

This scam company even though says company house in chesterfield is a bunch of scammers from batley, iv lost 2 grand because of these people as they are not replying to any emails etc.

DO NOT order from this company. Ordered a product in June 2022. Never delivered product and have never refunded £278 paid. No response to e-mails or calls. STAY away from this company!! Criminal!!

FRAUD!!! I spent £200 in September 2022 on an egg chair. It arrive bent and rosty in parts and I asked for a new one. They came and picked it up and I am still waiting for my money- after one and a half years. Don't be as stupid as I am- don't buy from BRIQ.
No customer care, no number , no email works

I ordered an egg chair back in July 2022 and waited months for the delivery and was then notified in October 2022 that my chair would be delayed another couple of months. At this point, I told the company that I was not impressed and wanted to cancel my order and requested a refund. It is now October 2023, a year later and I have not yet received a refund, even after repeatedly chasing the customer service team! This company are true scammers, please do not purchase any furniture from them!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. We ordered a sofa in November 2022. We were told 10 weeks delivery time. Every time I got in touch near the delivery time they kept pushing it back more and more saying there was a delay with the manufacturer. Customer service always got back to me within a few days… until it got to the final 22 WEEKS delivery time, they suddenly stopped replying. Their website changed a lot during this long wait, with times of it not being accessible at all. The customer service number was always engaged - fake. No sofa ever came.

Luckily we paid via credit card so we raised a case and we got a refund through our credit card company.

AVOID this company it’s an absolute scam.

I am still awaiting my almost £1000.00 furniture.
The order payment was acknowledged with a reference number issued.
I was told the delivery would take 10 weeks.
At a point, they stopped responding and as if by error sent me an email delivery message with a number to call.
There is no delivery.
The number does not work.
The website has become obsolete.
All I want is my refund and a way to expose these frauds to the world.

Anyone out there please help! - legally or media wise. Sad 😔

I ordered an egg chair from them a year n half ago. Still no delivery excuses every time and now they have stopped replying. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Crap furniture doesn’t last rusted and plastic broken. I paid more thinking it would be better quality than other stuff and last a while but i thought wrong! Don’t buy from them

The item I ordered was nothing like the inferior item that arrived. Their automated customer services system offers $2 compensation only. Avoid these crooks like the plague !

I ordered sofas 8 months ago, paying around £3600

I’ve had no response for the last 4 months. At first someone would respond every few weeks but now it’s been nothing for the last 4 months

I cannot believe they’re allowed to take money and just get away with doing this to so many people. There has to be a way to get our money back

Now they have their account in private on Instagram and just not responding at all.

Something has to be done.

Ordered an Egg chair from them 10 weeks ago - several emails apologising for delays after I chased them up and now the customer services number isn't working and no reply via email either, plus the website's disappeared. Lost £300 odd. Very dissapointing.

Do not buy from this company. Goods arrived damaged, customer service is a joke, continually fobbed off, no refund. 🤬

Not received the goods I paid for in June 2022 and can’t get a response, don’t ever use this company, complete scam

same issue as everyone else, they are stealing peoples money and taking orders they never intend to fulfil

their website is now back up and running, how are they allowed to keep stealing peoples hard earned money and get away with it, why aren't authorities involved here!
