I was worried about using this company…
I was worried about using this company fue to some reviews but honestly in our experience they was amazing , we didnt have a drop curb to put the 850kg bag of stones but the driver put it on the grass for us even tho he told me his machine could get stuck he still done it , I had to help him with getting his machine unstuck but was no trouble at all I would 100 percent recommend this company , not jusy because the price is out standing but also because the delivery tram go beyond for the customers, was very easy to order , the only thing I could say is the stones are powdery when you get them but once you give it a quick spray they are perfect

Very straight forward to order from. Pick your date for delivery. And it actually turns up on that day and in the time frame given. (Not like other companies ive used) Ive used Brisks twice now and its been a perfect stress free service. I will recommend and also use them again myself. Can't complain. DELIVERY NOT MADE ON TIME
Received an email to say that if I ‘checked out’ I could receive my delivery in 48hrs. Once paid the delivery wasn’t scheduled until 6 days later. When delivery day arrived I received no text or email as arranged. By 1pm I contacted them to be told there was a system fault and order wouldn’t be until 3 days later. Total 10 days after ordering and paying. Receptionist clearly been trained to stay calm and concise but actually came across uninterested, rude and like she couldn’t care less how badly we had been let down. Asked for a refund, hopefully will receive that promptly but I’m not holding my breath. AVOID, AVOID

Absolutely abysmal
Absolutely abysmal. Placed order for delivery stating 3 to 5 working days. After 10 follow up calls continuously over time they still had not had arrived, being given a number of promised delivery dates and still not arriving. Tracking showed burst bags and damaged labels throughout and damaged pallets. After 23 days of due delivery, traced haulage company who were very helpful and stating it was a matter of incorrect quality of pallets for weight of goods. and bursting which should have been sturdier euro palletts. Delivery according to first haulier transferred by Brisks to another haulage company but not updated on our tracking or informed. Order eventually arrived and delivered efficiently 3 weeks later than order date.but no bearing on Brisks. Hauliers x 2 more helpful and informative than supplier. Will never use Brisks again! Bad experience.

Awful experience
Awful experience! Ordered dumpy bags of arctic white chippings and sharp sand on 17th July with an agreed delivery date of today (27th July) to start work. Having heard nothing I emailed Brisk to confirm the delivery and was told sorry there's a delay as our supplier has no stock and we don't know when they will have stock! Why on earth wasn't I told sooner to arrange an alternative supplier? Refund demanded and lesson learned to steer clear of Brisk.
