Driver very personable, no mess, no spillage and delivered when requested.

As a first time buyer/user of oil I found the staff patient and helpful. They walked me through the processes.

The fuel was delivered on the last day that was given, it would be helpful to know a bit earlier when it is coming as it gets ordered and paid for weeks before but you never know when it’s going to arrive until the last day.
Otherwise it was all good.

Not delivered on time, had a phone call to say it could be a day late due to unforseen circumstances which was fine, however I had an email shortly after confirming it would be delivered on the original day, I had 2 emails confirming this, I had arranged to take the day off work to be at home for the delivery. I called that day to ask a rough time it would be delivered for them to tell me it would be the day after.
Very poor communication and rude staff on the phone.

The delivery was very efficient and on the day arrived at the time the deliveryman advised (see below). He was friendly and did not leave any mess.
I marked it as 4 stars instead of 5 as the order was to arrive by the 6/2. This was the first time we had ordered through Broadland and although it arrived on the 6th I had not received any prior confirmation date of delivery so I felt I had to ring to check. Call was dealt with efficiently as contacted driver for confirmation of delivery. Text confirming delivery date would be useful going forward.

My delivery arrived 2 and a half weeks later, which was 3 days after the delivery by date. I ran out of oil on day 1 of those 3 days with no apology or attempt to rectify the problem. To top it all off I had to have an emergency heating engineer call-out to get my boiler up and running again.

My oil wasn’t delivered on time despite receiving a text confirming its delivery. I had paid extra for express delivery. I tried to contact Broadland Fuels but wasn’t able to reach the until the Monday and they were unaware of my delayed delivery. I asked if it could be delivered that day but was told it couldn’t. Eventually it arrived the day after this (4 days late). I have had to call twice to receive my refund on the express delivery charge. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund. I have never had so many issues with an oil delivery!

Everything was fine with ordering and the delivery except I didn't get a call the day before that I requested to ensure the gate etc was unlocked. Luckily I was in at the time.

I cannot recommend Broadland Fuels more highly, from the personal customer service, to going above and beyond in times of need. They represent 'good old fashioned' service that is sadly missing from most companies now.
