Delivery driver could only deliver half the order as he found a crack in the tank which I hadn’t noticed.
Spoke with Katie at Broadland fuels about a refund and this was promptly dealt with…was also given the name of a specialist who could sort out a replacement tank.

Staff in the office go above and beyond to help you even when I’ve rang with short notice for a delivery , and the delivery drivers are always friendly and respectful to my property.

Broadland fuels offers a 5* service and never fails to go above and beyond, especially when your tank watchman is flashing 'fill me'! Their customer service is excellent and their courtesy call was much appreciated when my delivery was delayed due to the recent floods.
The delivery drivers always replace the padlocks on the tank too! Well done Broadland Fuels.

I have used them for the 4 years I have lived at this address. They have never let me down. I would not change to another supplier. Office staff are very polite, friendly and efficient. So too the driver delivery chap. No complaints at all.

We have used Broadland Fuels at home for the past 18months. For some reason our monitoring system for our oil tank always gives us terrible readings so a few times we have run out of oil. Broadland are always fantastic and go above and beyond, they have arranged same day deliveries for us in the past but in an emergency we have never waited more than 24hours. Cannot fault their customer service and we will never use anybody else for our heating oil.

What a lovely lady Katie is. She was so helpful and very kind. Would highly recommend this company, they really do go above and beyond to help.

The driver delivered the oil very quickly, but to my neighbours tank. Instead of holding their hand up and rectifying the understandable mistake, I have been made to jump through hoops for nearly 30 days now taking pictures of this, that and the other to prove I'm not a liar. What happened to good old customer service? Have threatened BoilerJuice with a Section 75 claim if not sorted within the 30 day limit

Instead of letting Boilerjuice go through their long winded excuse of a customer service procedure, Katie from Broadland Fuels called me to sort out the problem. She took ownership away from BJ and made sure I got my fuel within days. She even called after the delivery to ensure that I was happy with everything. So, if you are looking for fuel, don't go to a faceless broker site, give these guys a ring and get a personal service. Thanks Katie.
