Brook + Wilde Sleep Reviews

Crook & Wilde! This should have been their new trading name
Using deceptive means to run a business.

Brook + Wilde claims to have gone under administration and now running with new trading name Brook + Wilde Sleep. Very suspicious.

I am left with a saggy mattress which costed over a grand for which the warranty is now void due to them claiming to have gone under administration.

They still use the same:
- Contact number as a business
- Same website
- Same branding
- Same product
- Kept details of previous customers for marketing purposes (infringing GDPR which I will raise to ICO)

Beware before you waste your money for a service that is not going to be upheld (including warranty in the longer run)!

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

As many people have already noted, this company is a continuation of Brooke + Wilde, which went into administration and didn’t deliver the products it sold to its customers.

Do not lose your money to these people. Go and buy what you need from a reputable company.

Very comfy and good size for travel. Retains its shape well

Great delivery, guys took the old mattress and unpacked the new one. Told us what to do and not do. Excellent service. Mattress great so far, very comfy 😴

They delivered earlier than the specified timeframe, delivery was communicated well. The mattress is as described, very comfortable and high quality.

Purchased a mattress 2 years ago when they were trading as Brook + Wild. Over the last year it's sagged and is now causing backpain and overheating.
The "new" owners are refusing to honour the 10 year guarantee yet are selling the exact same stock.

Avoid these scam artists.

Absolutely love my pillow! So comfy and soft. Been having the best night's sleep using this pillow and would recommend it to anyone!

I'm so happy I ordered from this company. I will most definitely order again. The customer service is brilliant and the products super. My pillow is amazing!

The pillow was of high-quality and comfortable to sleep on. I found the pillow supportive in aiding an undisturbed night's sleep. It also looks good.

Received my pillow from Brooke&Wilde sleep. I can honestly say these last few nights I’ve had the best sleep ever !!! I’ve been struggling with neck pain for the past few years and have trialled many pillows throughout the years, and I’m happy to say this is the one !!! Will be buying for my family this Christmas.

After a family recommendation, I looked at Brook + Wilde Sleep for a king-size mattress. Yesterday our Elite mattress arrived and I had the best nights sleep I've had in a long time.
I had been kept informed from purchase to delivery and I will be using this company again.

Very happy with my new pillow, very comfortable.

Really quick delivery, very impressed. It’s beautifully soft and obviously well made. Very happy with my purchase, it’s clearly made to last

a smooth no hassle transaction.Perfect.Excellent quality item

Just had my Suprema delivered and I left it for about 6 hours to rise. Delivery crew were great!
It felt amazing from the first night, I ordered a soft and it felt like lying on a marshmallow! Would highly recommend!

Prompt delivery, delivery people took mattress to room and unwrapped it as the bed was ready. Early morning delivery so could sleep on it that night. So far very comfortable but only been a few days

Quick delivery time. Great price. Good quality mattress and very comfortable.

The Ottoman bed has excellent storage and looks so stylish. Happy with this purchase.

Brook and Wilde sleep trying to get my reviews removed. Facts are that I have a Elite mattress that I bought. I find it too incredibly hard and uncomfortable although its meant to be a medium.

Worst mattress Ive had and would not trust this company to make it right.

Easy ordering and kept me up to date about the delivery. The mattress is very comfortable (medium firmness, perfect for all sleeping positions).
