My Bub loves Bubs Goat milk
My baby was using other formula and having issues with constipation and reflux. Then I was recommended to change to goat milk Bub formula. It was a game-changer. Bub is very happy now and having frequent poos.

My order was cancel. I emailed the customer service team. They told me the order was cancel since it was picked up as a fraud order. However, it is my true valid order. Love the formula itself but..
Love the formula itself, but the tins were dented. I ordered 3 tins, and it look like whoever packed my order this time forced to fit the 3 tins into a 2-tin box.

I usually order Bubs organic products…
I usually order Bubs organic products for my little one. The order will delivers very efficiently and in a safe manner. It is always packaged well I never had experience with unwell packaging and broken as some other providers do. Their products are 100% organic I have been using them for many years now.
Couldn’t be more grateful with what we got.

Gentle to our baby stomach
We started with bubs since he is 1 weeks old as we are mix feeding with breastfeeding and formula. Never have problems with anything.

Great experience and food
The order came extremely quick. Bubs loves the food especially their snacks, porridge and muesli. Healthy option for when I’m not able to cook. Plus point, it’s halal.

still waiting on package
Hi Bubs,
We have been customers of your products for both our (now 4 year old) and currently with out 7 month old. Both me and my wife work fulltime so we though of putting an order directly with Bubs online instead of having to travel to the shops for it. I was very peleased to see on the online shipping tracker that my order from Friday 21st Jul was being delivered on Monday 24th July at our doorsteps.
This email is to let you know that there is an issue with your processes or service provider, that made it much harder for us to get the product (which we still haven't received). We return from home each day to find a piece of paper letting us know that the post came but the parcel wasn't left at my door. What seemed to be a good idea to order online and take one less thing off our to-do list, is turning to be a bigger hassle than going to the shops directly. In the past we have received other products (food too) that was left in a safe location at our door, so i am sure it can happen.
At this stage we haven't had a moment to figure out how to get the parcel and where from (the notes didn't give info on where this item is currently stored). We are also getting a bit nervous with all these back and forth with the pouches being stuck in someone's van in the sun for days. Also conscious that the note from the post office says if no one claims this parcel it will be returned to sender.
Could someone please look into this for us ?
