Very good and excellent

We ordered several bags of Bubs Organic Baby Rice Cereal as local chemist warehouse stores were out of stock. My daughter is 27 but has dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) and rice cereal is great for thickening nutrition drinks. Dairy free - the only dairy free baby rice cereal we can find.

Missed 5 stars because the process took longer to arrive than similar items ordered from other places. Ordered 8/6 and arrived 17/6.

I am only allowed to purchase very few quantities of Aussie Bubs. I live in the Philippines and I want to save on freight cost in shipping my orders from australia to the philippines. I commend your internal control on putting a limit to the quantity being purchased but maybe you can give exemptions or maybe an extended number of quantities to be purchased for those living far from your country. maybe you can have a membership or loyalty program to gain more customers in the future like me as this can further boost the sales of aussie bubs worldwide.

I love this product, but the delivery was extremely long and Customer service is non existent. I couldn't get ahold of anyone when I reach led out for assistance.

No issue with the product, but it needs to be more obvious as the grams per ton sold on website, AND there should be some sort of discount for buying direct from supplier - if it’s same price at local retailers, why buy online and pay for postage…

When I couldn't find the 'Cow's milk Junior nutrition' then I tried the Goats milk version and am so glad that I did! It took a few 'tries' for my little love to get used to the very slight taste difference but now she is drinking it happily and is lovingly asking for her 'lamby milk' lol

(please don't stop making the Goats or Cow's junior nutrition 'milk drink')

I would definitely recommend to anyone who would like to try for your bub, especially if you are like me or worry that your bub isn't eating enough nutrients during their normal daily diet... I always feel like my bub has and even sleeps through the whole night, as it fills up her tummy that little bit more - once she has drunk this yummy creamy dreamy milk (yep that's right, even I've tried some and it's delicious) absolute game changer!!

It is very good. My daughter loves it very much.

I recently switched to their purées (Plant Burst Pouches) because I prefer their ingredient breakdown and ratios. I.e the banana, apricot and power porridge purée is 57% banana and 28% porridge. Other brands contain less of the ingredients you want and the breakdown is not simplified.
I highly recommend this product!

Delivery takes so long. Ordered Amazon and Qantas store stuff at the same time, and both came 3 days before bubs

The company has some good products but they have a terrible customer service. They lost my order twice, and not even a single apology for it. Despite the fact that I kept reminding them about putting my details correctly on the parcel they still managed to lose the next order.

Easy to order on website. Prompt delivery. Our child was constipated for weeks and in pain constantly from the moment we brought him home. We changed to Bubs goat formula and after a week without a bowel movement he had one the next day. He has been on the Bubs for about a week and a half and his bowel movements have started to become more regular. He is not in pain like before and he is smiling and laughing with us now.
