We ordered a personalized blanket—-they misspelled the name—-and the pic is washed out so much you can barely tell who it is—-they will only offer 20 percent discount…they will not correct and send a replacement!!! Will never order from them again!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!
Terrible product. I ordered 2 stickers of my dog with the cracked window effect. Didn't get that, all I got was 2 giant stickers of my dog. Very disappointed. Tried emailing the company several times with "invalid email address" so I'm out almost $50! Very disappointed.
This is the worst company I've ever done business with. I ordered one of those dog stickers for the car window. Took 2 weeks to get here and that part was fine but when I opened it up I can't even believe how horrible it is. Who has a purple dog? The picture was a light tan dog, the sticker is purple and it's torn at the bottom. I can't even use it. I'm throwing it in the garbage. I sent the company an email and they told me to take a video of the sticker and send it to them. ????Horrible company. I was scammed but I learned a lesson.
I agree! Stay away from this company. Merchandise looks good but not worth a fraction of the price. Junk. I bought a car ornament and it’s nothing but a cheap bit of plastic not worth 2$ let alone tge price i paid.
