Paid for Delivery next day but never…
Paid for Delivery next day but never received the next day and the delivery was done in the following day . Had to pay extra for the brick layer .I was out of pocket ordering from them, will never order with them again and you have also been warned .

I then had the hassle of a further wait for the correct item to be delivered and the return of the incorrect item.

I’ve had excellent experiences in branches and previous deliveries. I’ve just put in an order for ply/ plasterboard etc. I can buy one bag of cement but need to buy 30 bags of 40kg sand to qualify for delivery!!! Ridiculous!!!

Ordered online for a collection at the New Southgate branch, received a confirmation within an hour, with clear instructions on the collection process. Arrived at the warehouse, checked in and the materials were brought to my car within 5 minutes and loaded by helpful store person. Very impressed with the whole process, timings and service. Incredibly quick delivery and good product
Incredibly quick delivery. Oil applied to the fence very easily and left a nice colour on the wood, slightly darker than the original colour but it still looks natural. Only time will tell how much it slows down the greying process. Also the Builder Depot price was cheaper than others at the time of purchase.
